I worked out a deal with sales and signed a handwritten piece of paper stating that the price that I would pay for the truck. I had to put a $500 deposit on the truck so that they could have the truck in s piece of paper stating that the price that I would pay for the truck. I had to put a $500 deposit on the truck so that they could have the truck in stock in the next couple of days. Finally, 3 days later when i showed up to finalize the sale, the salesman raised the price by roughly $1400 on me. When I question the price he said that was what we agreed on. I showed the salesman the piece of handwritten paper he said "no that's not what I meant". After that I was still willing to deal. No offer. I was willing to split the difference and no go. Finally, I left. I would love to take them to court but over a few thousand dollars it's not worth it. It's a shame they would deal deal with the extra $1400. I offered to split it. Guess they don't care about the person. More

At first I was impressed by how nice the sales people seemed. Then I saw that they added thousands of dollars onto my loans for things like insurance on my keys, which I didn't want. Then a week into own seemed. Then I saw that they added thousands of dollars onto my loans for things like insurance on my keys, which I didn't want. Then a week into owning the car, the breaks starting to squeak due to rust. Then I noticed that the gas light came on when I still had 4 gallons left in the tank of the car . When I went to the dealership I very clearly stated my most important quality was good gas mileage. Once I filled the tank of my "new" car I found my gas mileage and it was the same as the SUV I had traded in. I called the dealership and was told the car was 20/30. That was not accurate to the car. The car was actually was 22/30, so the sales person lied to me. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the car, I was dismissed. I would not recommend anyone going to that dealership!! I really wish I would have gone elsewhere!!!!! More

This dealership was the most friendly and helpful one I have ever been in. Everyone I spoke with (even sales people that where not working with me)was friendly. I did not buy my car at #1 Cochran but use their Nissan dealership for service. I should say did. I took my car for inspection and was told that I could use new tires but declined at the time and instead a dealership for service. I should say did. I took my car for inspection and was told that I could use new tires but declined at the time and instead agreed to a tire rotation. The next day, I lost a hubcap while running errands. When I noticed this, I checked the others and found that another one was only partially on as well. I called on the next business day and talked to Greg who told me he would call parts to see if they had the right hubcap and would call me back by the end of the day. When I hadn't heard back by the next afternoon, I called and left him a voicemail. Two days later, I still hadn't heard back so my husband called and talked to Joe, the manager. He called us back at the end of the day and said that they had a box there with my name on it that had the hubcap. During this call, my husband told Joe that when we brought the car in we wanted to have the tires and a missing part that needed to be ordered replaced as well. I was told I would be emailed when the part was in. Three weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called and talked to another advisor and again was told to expect a call back. No such luck. One week later, and 4 weeks after the initial conversation, my husband called back and talked to Joe on a Thursday. We told him that we had an appointment for that Saturday and told him we expected everything done at the time. He told us the part was still not painted but that he would make sure it was done for Saturday. We also asked to have the car back by 11 am because we had to be somewhere and he told us it would be done at 10:30. We showed up a little after 11 to pick up the car and were greeted by Joe. Lo and behold, they hadn't even started working on the car. Joe offered us a rental car at no cost until Monday because we had been dropped off and needed to be places. Although we appreciated the gesture, it still meant that I had to make another trip on Monday to get my car back. The only positive was that they replaced the hubcap at no charge and a discount on some of the other services. Never again... More
Overall, total experience was very good. Tim was very patient, friendly and respectful regarding the car purchase process. I had been to a few dealerships prior to visiting Cochran Nissan and at those d patient, friendly and respectful regarding the car purchase process. I had been to a few dealerships prior to visiting Cochran Nissan and at those dealerships, I had very poor interaction with the sales associates. It was very important to me that the sales associate handled the entire process in a very respectful and helpful manner. Tim did just that. Overall, I was able to purchase a car that I love, in my price range, and without any complaints about the process of the purchase. Tim was so helpful that he even ordered pizza for my young child who was hungry and bored with the process. I would recommend anyone to Cochran Nissan. More

Very positve experience. Received the best price offer of the several dealerships I visited regarding my eventual purchase of a 2013 Altima SV with convenience package. The other dealerships simply said of the several dealerships I visited regarding my eventual purchase of a 2013 Altima SV with convenience package. The other dealerships simply said they could not match the offer at Cochran. Alex was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and thorough in his review of the same, did not pressure us in any way. Have tended to stay away from the large dealerships due to the "high pressure" sales I have experienced in the past. Not true with my experience at the Cochran Nissan Dealership, will definately return to Cochran when I consider another vehicle. More
