Had a scheduled appointment for a state inspection on a 2012 Altima with only 10K miles and a simple tire rotation. WHen i made the appointment i said i would be waiting for it. It took 2 hours for this t 2012 Altima with only 10K miles and a simple tire rotation. WHen i made the appointment i said i would be waiting for it. It took 2 hours for this to be completed. I could see my car through the service window and it sat there for over an hour with no one touching it. It should take 30 mins MAX for a tire roation and state inspection on a new car that didnt need anything to pass the inspection. Wont go back there for maintance. More
