Not very friendly to people after they sell you a car. Once you buy a car from them they will nickel and dime you for the things they forgot to do. Also, said the car was under warranty only to get 2 hour Once you buy a car from them they will nickel and dime you for the things they forgot to do. Also, said the car was under warranty only to get 2 hours into the deal and find out it wasn't so they could sell you a warranty for another $1800. Horrible! More

(heat, AC, CD player all stopped working, low air pressure light permanently lit. Recently needed towed and was told by mechanic that radiator leaking water into transmission a common problem with Nissans (Why no recall on this problem ?) 2) Also out $1000 on a service contract refund that dealership offered me through Signet Financial Group. Would never buy another NISSAN through this dealership or any other !!!! More

Went to charge my car at the main charger only to find it broken and all the other chargers blocked. I asked the service person about it and that said that they had too many cars to leave a charging place open and quickely brushed me off. I will look for another place to get my car serviced. You buy a $30K Nissan leaf and they don't want to be bothered by you afterwards. More

My car had a 2 year warranty and was in for repairs only a few months after I drove it off the lot. They even after being to the shop many times in the following years never fixed the issue while it was under warranty. There was always a reason that the car was fine. Less than a month after the warranty had expired they magically figured out I had a bad o ring in my engine and that they would be happy to fix it if I would pay out of pocket. They have the shadiest service department I have ever had the misfortune to use. If you are thinking of buying a car here make sure to have it checked out by a mechanic not in the Cochran family. More
