Paul Engle was very friendly and very helpful. My husband and I felt he got us a very good deal on my new car as well as a good trade in price on our old car. We bought an Xterra from Kenny Ross last year an and I felt he got us a very good deal on my new car as well as a good trade in price on our old car. This is my first vehicle purchase and this is my first time I have bought from Kenny Ross Chevrolet Buick North in Zelienople, PA. The Sales staff of Christy Engle and Wally was exceptional and they did time I have bought from Kenny Ross Chevrolet Buick North in Zelienople, PA. The Sales staff of Christy Engle and Wally was exceptional and they did an outstanding job in getting me a price that I can afford. Thanks so much. I Love my new Silverado truck. Also, on another positive note, I was referred to your dealership by the ‘Costco Auto Program’ that I have seen advertised inside the Costco Cranberry Twp. Store. I really liked how this program worked and working with Christy was a great experience for me in buying my first truck without all of the ‘Sales Pressure Hype’ that a lot of people always talk about when they have bought their first vehicle. Again, Christy was very courteous and understanding about my purchasing choices and questions I had between the Nissan Frontier and the Chevrolet Silverado. Also, I want to extend my appreciation to Wally, the Chevrolet Sales Manager who was very courteous in explaining the ‘Costco Auto Program’ to me and working with me on my first truck purchase. Had a great experience here. The 3 staff members that I worked with were amazing and did all that they could to get me what I wanted. Very cool and friendly and prompt. I had a pretty complex situation wi worked with were amazing and did all that they could to get me what I wanted. Very cool and friendly and prompt. We have dealt with many car dealers over the years, but Christy couldn't have been more helpful with our selection of our new Murano. When we were still in the search for a new car, she was very prompt in Christy couldn't have been more helpful with our selection of our new Murano. When we were still in the search for a new car, she was very prompt in getting back to me on my e-mails, even though she didn't know at the time that I would even buy a Nissan auto. She was the type of salesperson that you want to deal with too! We could see that she was a happy employee just by the way she greeted you with a smile & was willing to answer all our many questions. She took us to the service center & also introduced us to the mechanics that would be servicing our car. It didn't stop there, Christy also went out to our new car, before we took it home & made sure we could work all the bells & whistles, and believe me, there were alot of them. I don't think you could ask for a better salesperson than Christy. Seems to me she probably always goes above & beyond her call of duty. Thank you Christy & thank you Nissan! Went there with my dad to check out prices. I thought we agreed on a price at this location and told them we would get back to them in less than a week. We visited three other Nissan dealers and ended up c agreed on a price at this location and told them we would get back to them in less than a week. We visited three other Nissan dealers and ended up coming back to this one two days later (negotiated prices were about the same but this was a closer location). So we get there and they remember us and everything is fine. We sit down at the table to talk about signing for the new car and I leave to go to the bathroom. When I came back they were telling me I had to pay an addition ~$200 for some xxxxxxxx reason. This enraged me and I went to leave and then they told me I could have the price I thought we agreed on but they changed the color of my car. Overall a very negative experience. Before they switched the price on me everything was fine. I do not recommend this place if you have a short temper. More

When shopping for my new Nissan several months ago, I visited Kenny Ross and had a very good experiences with the sales people. Several of them were so friendly and they were very helpful in my car buying. I was impressed by the courtesy and respect from the sales of this dealership. This was the main reason that I wanted to do business with Kenny Ross for all my future service needs on my new vehicle. Recently I brought my Nissan to their service department for fixing of a small issue. I did not realize that I could be out of luck all of a sudden. The service man Mark was not helpful at all. The minute I walked into the garage standing sideline, he was the only person there but there was no greeting or something like "I will be right over with you". Finally he got off the phone and started looking into the issue. He became impatient when taking a walk outside the garage to inspect the car. He was so eager to toss me off in order to get back to his seat in the garage. His impatient attitude became somewhat subdued only when I mentioned I would like to have my car serviced at this dealership because of my previous good experiences and several of the nice sales agent. It was a great disappointment this time overall. It was really surprise for me to see how much difference between the sales and service at the same dealership. The gentleman is clearly lack of willingness to address the customer problem. I may have to think again if I should come back when the next time I need to service my car, or looking to buy a new vehicle, or recommending them to any of my friends who may need a new car. More

Three years ago we switched to Niss Kenny Ross over the years and we have never been disappointed. They always give us a fair deal and great service. Three years ago we switched to Nissan and the great service has continued. Mike Baumann did an exeptional job of working with us to get us where we needed to be in our recent leasing of a new 2012 Rogue. It's a pleasure dealing with such knowledgable,friendly sales people.
