He did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with all facets of the car buying process. I was well informed and he went far beyond my expectations in answering any question and providing information I would not have thought to ask about. I was very pleased because never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. I had a pre-approved loan through my credit union with an awesome rate, which I did not think could be met or beat. He took me to the finance department to see if they could find a rate that could be lower and I am ecstatic to say they were able to accomplish that task. I will recommend Freddie Raiburn for purchasing a car without hesitation. His ultimate goal along with the rest of the staff is for you to have complete satisfaction and for me that was meet 100%. Honesty and Integrity are a possibility in the car business! My wife and I walked into Kenny Ross Nissan thinking we knew what we were looking for. We were fortunate enough to meet a young man named Matt DeBlass My wife and I walked into Kenny Ross Nissan thinking we knew what we were looking for. We were fortunate enough to meet a young man named Matt DeBlassio who answered questions and actually LISTENED to us before speaking! He wasn't afraid to admit the answers he didn't know but with the help of a co-worker and the sales manager (who were also great to deal with), all of our questions were answered. Long story short, we were able to find a new vehicle that met our needs and fit into our budget. We not only drove away in a fantastic new Nissan, we now have a few new friends as well. I'll tell everyone who will listen. There is such a thing as an "honest car salesman" with integrity - his name is Matt and he works for Kenny Ross Nissan in Zelienople, PA!!!! More

Wrong truck bed size It was discussed that I needed a short bed truck to make sure that I had room in my garage to fit the new truck between my wife, myself and the salesm It was discussed that I needed a short bed truck to make sure that I had room in my garage to fit the new truck between my wife, myself and the salesman . When the salesman went down to the lot and pulled out a truck to test drive. I assumed that the bed was the correct size bed that we had spoken about. After test driving the truck that we did , we liked that truck and the options on that truck so, we worked up a deal. I never checked the window sticker for the bed size since I assumed that the salesman would have pulled out the correct one for me to test drive. When I took the truck home Monday the next week late in the day , I did not try to park it in the garage until late that night. The truck was a long bed not a short and it barley fits in my garage. I called the salesman the next morning and again 4 hours later since I had not received a return call. After the third call to the salesman , he spoke to his manager and they where going to change the truck out with a short bed. Sounded like that was going to make it right? Well , there was a big catch to that offer. I had running tubes and the environmental package put on the truck I thought was correct. They wanted me to lose the almost 1300 dollars to change out the truck and would not even consider taking the running tubes off the wrong truck and adding them to the right one or put the environmental package on the correct truck without me paying for it again. To me and my wife the offer to change trucks was not really ligament offer ,just a way for me not to give them a bad survey and keep the longer bed truck. Until this wrong bed issue the deal to purchase the truck was not bad or pressuring but just very long process. The salesman has called me and apologized for the miscommunication about the bed but, it still does not give me the room in my garage that I was hoping to have to work around the truck. More
Poor customer service We have purchased two new Nissan's, one from Kenny Ross. We were interested in purchasing a new Pathfinder. When we arrived at the dealership, a salesman gave us some keys, told us he was busy, but to drive to the lot behind the store and look around. When we came back to tell him what we wanted, we could not find him, but Paul Engle took our information. We had two Nissan's to trade in, and needed them appraised. He and the sales manager, Dave Piccalo, told us they would call us the next day with a quote. One week later, we never heard from anyone. We called the dealer, and spoke to Steve Liberty, he stated both of the employees were off that day, but would call us tomorrow. The next day Paul called, stated he left a message the previous week (we never received this message). He gave us a quote for the used vehicles. We stated we thought the trade in value for the Sentra was a bit low, could he speak to a manager, and we were still interested in the Pathfinder. Paul said he would talk to his manager and call us back. He never returned a call. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the first time we stepped on the lot, and lack of follow up. It appears to us that Kenny Ross is not interested in selling cars. We went to another dealer and purchased a new vehicle. More

Upon leaving the dealership, after waiting 3 hours, I still had pulsation in the brakes. I called to speak with the service manager who took care of everything in a timely manner and even had someone come pick up my vehicle! <-- This will keep me coming back, knowing they will make a situation right when they are in the wrong. Emergency Service Last month, Oct 2014, my wife and I were headed on a trip when the right front brake caliper of our Frontier seized just after we got on I-79 . The Last month, Oct 2014, my wife and I were headed on a trip when the right front brake caliper of our Frontier seized just after we got on I-79 . The front end was vibrating severely, and when I pulled over to inspect, smoke was coming out from under the fender well. As the brake cooled, the caliper released, and I was able to limp the truck to the next exit and get to Kenny Ross Nissan. Without an appointment of course, Mark and the service staff had the problem diagnosed and repaired with a new caliper, rotor, and brake pads within a very short time! We were back on the road within about 1 1/2 hours. It is great to know this level of great service is still available and we can't thank Mark and the service staff enough. You guys are the best!
