The finance guy Brent explained everything to us and explained how each different warranty option works and made our choice for extended warranty better. Normally people try to sell you the most expensive product/warranty. They did not, they listened to our needs and told us what the best option was. Which made the process even better becuase made it very freindly process instead of a sales man trying to haggle you. The whole process was very nice and smooth. If anyone is looking for a Nissan, I would reccomend Kenny Ross in a heart beat. More

From the time I walked into the show room at Kenny Ross Nissan to when I drove our new Nissan Juke home, my experience was pleasant and productive. Upon arriving, the sales manager greeted me and asked, "May I help you?" I told him that I had an appointment with Christy Engle. Originally, I was interested in a cube, but I was dumb-struck with a futuristic-looking car on the floor. I had never seen a Juke before. While we were waiting for Ms. Engle (who was at lunch) he introduced me to this engineering marvel as if we were old friends. Ms. Engle arrived a short time later. She answered all of my questions, (I was impressed with her knowledge about the car) invited me for a test drive, and in a few minutes I was driving off the lot in an immaculate demo. When we returned, she had my trade-in appraised, and we negotiated a deal that was honest, straight-forward, and attractive to me. This was a comfortable, candid exchange of ideas, and we came to an agreement in concert with the sales manager. My wife, Linda, and I came the next evening to take delivery of our new car. Ms. Engle explained the features and operation of the vehicle to our satisfaction, and we were on our way. I commend Nissan and the Kenny Ross organization for providing the logistics and training that culminated in a most pleasant and productive experience. More
