Even though I was there till way after closing time I did not rushed to make a decision. My salesman Wes took time to show me on his tablet all of my cat’s features and answered all my questions even going as far as to show me where to park for my free oil changes. When called and talked to sales men and manager they said that my trade in needed work so they will call it even but yet they selling my vehicle for 5000above Kelly blue book and had it up for sale in less then 24 hours ( they did not do any work on it). They don’t honor their sales and they idea of certified preowned is not to do the proper checks. Warning to all buyers DO NOT go here the quality and service is horrible. Buy Nissan anywhere but in Boardman. 1 star is generous! More

Being a young foreign professional without significant credit history I faced difficulties in getting approvals from financial services of other brands but not Nissan. Add to the fact that the car itself is loaded with features and drives wonderfully and I got the best I could hope for Two: the people and customer service at Nissan Boardman specifically. I was greeted by Rex, who patiently took down all my requirements, and pulled out a single car that met my needs. And after I finalized it put personal effort to make me an amazing deal that was acceptable for me without the usual back and forth. Even when I drove away the car he called and emailed regularly to make sure I was happy with the car and everything was going smooth. Nice store I bought my car about 1 month ago from Boardman Nissan. I started off undecided and ended up very satisfied. Jim Too Tall started helping me and was very nice and John, one of the sales managers followed up with me the next day to get me a Great Car at a Great Price. I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima and I LOVE IT!! I will go back for other vehicles when I am ready to buy again. The store is very clean and the staff is very hospitable. Three weeks after I bought my car I needed a battery for both of my keys, the service center was extremely nice and they replaced my key batteries at no charge. Thank you for the great service!!
