Nissan sent me a coupon for an oil change. I called to make an appointment and was told "we have an Express oil change and don't take appointments, just come in". So, today. I drove all the way to Boardma make an appointment and was told "we have an Express oil change and don't take appointments, just come in". So, today. I drove all the way to Boardman Nissan to get an oil change. When I went to the service desk (4 people behind the counter doing nothing) one of them ask me what I needed and he told me there would be a TWO hour wait time!! WHAt kind of EXPRESS oil change is this? I'll took it to Goodyear!! More
