I put in a internet request in for a new Altima. Chris the manager called me right away. I talked to him and he gave me a price I could not pass up. I was highly impressed with this dealership. I have been to a lot of dealerships looking for a car and this was the first dealership that actually treated me like I was one of the family. Worst Experience ever! I have bought 3 new cars over the past 10 years and my mother was trying to buy her first new nissan. She was so excited about buying and she had come to an agreement over the phone. past 10 years and my mother was trying to buy her first new nissan. She was so excited about buying and she had come to an agreement over the phone. She had done her research and they were clearly the best deal, so she called the dealer, reconfirmed the price on the phone before making the hour drive to boardman. When we got there the person she had been dealing with was out on another tour so we worked with someone else, that seemed to only kind of know what was discussed. He did not have the amount correct of what was quoted to my mom nor the understanding that she would be paying cash. This was discussed on speaker phone and was over heard by 2 other ppl besides my mom....I heard it too! When we sat down the new "Salesman" was only $100 off so we were negotiating only over $100. My mom would have gone up, she wanted the car. Well when they went to talk to the manager about the $100 difference they came back, told us they were done negotiating and we they would not work with us and and they would not sell us a car, any car. We would not be hap'py. My mom wanted to buy the car at the price that was $100 dollars more than what was quoted on the phone just to have the car. They refused us service. I am in sales too and was dumbfounded, speakless.....I could not believe they would not sell us a car. My mom was not rude, just trying to get the best deal. Did not want to get taken. Now we are insulted! I feel insulted, my mom is insulted and so upset. Why would someone be so rude and rufuse us service!!!! Be very careful....this was a bait and switch deal! The promised us one thing to get us in the door and made us feel like we were not worthy. My mom will buy a nissan, but now will never go here for a purchase or for service. Beware!!!!! More
After visiting several dealerships in Boardman I stopped at Boardman Nissan. Until that point I was having a terrible experience trying to find a new car. But then I met Joey and that all chamged. It was very refreshing to meet a salesman who was actually interested in helping me find a car that met my needs and budget. I purchased a 2011 Rogue and Joey was excellent he was very intelligent and professional. I love my new car and enjoyed my experience at Boardman Nissan. I stopped into this dealership when I was in the market for a new lease. I went in and before I could even tell them what I was interested in, they jumped on me wanting my drivers license and insurance in for a new lease. I went in and before I could even tell them what I was interested in, they jumped on me wanting my drivers license and insurance information. Wouldnt it be helpful to find out what I was looking for first??? Finally after telling them I wasnt giving that information unless I found something I was interested I convinved the salesman to let me look at the Murano and the Rogue. We get to the vehicle and the guy says "oh were u wanting to look at the inside?" Well duh! I'm not buying a car that I cant even see how much room is in it. The guy was completely clueless and didnt even have a book on the vehicles I was interested in. I went home, requested them from the nissan website and had them in a few days. The next day one of the owners called me to follow up on my visit. I preceeded to tell him this salesmen was a complete idiot and an embarrassment to his dealership. His only response was "what should I do about it?" needless to say I hung up on him and went elsewhere...Do NOT buy from this dealership. They are horrible! More
Do NOT buy a car from here!! My fiance and I traveled 2 hrs to get to the dealership as there was a used SUV he found on the web page. We get there and looked at the SUV and decided to put a partial down p hrs to get to the dealership as there was a used SUV he found on the web page. We get there and looked at the SUV and decided to put a partial down payment on the used SUV. There were 2 parts that needed replaced so they asked if we could come back later in the week to get it. We said yes that we could come back 1 week later, the following Saturday. My fiance called on Thursday to confirm that the car was fixed & they said yes it is ready to be picked up. We got there Saturday morning and finished the rest of the finance part and put an additional $3,000 down for a total of $5,000 down. After the finance part was completed the car salesman Jason told us the car was not fixed!!!! They had 1 week to fix the car & they did not! I believe they had us finish the financial part first so they got their money. At that point I told Jason not to cash that $3,000 check until we got the SUV delivered to our house. Well needless to say that idiot cashed it on Monday & the car isn't getting delivered till Wed. I now have an overdraft fee b/c I don't keep that amount of money in my checking account. This dealship is UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never do business with them again & would never recommend them to anyone. Wish I would have checked the reviews first. Ugh! More
I took my 1994 pick-up to the dealer for repairs. I mistakenly left my newer cell phone bluetooth in the center console.
