Helpful My salesman took the extra time during my visit to explain and work out details about my purchase. He even came in on his off day to finalize papers. I did get almost top dollar for my trade in. I agreed even though the car should have been traded a little higher. Was at another Nissan dealership in Hermitage Pa and they neglected to tell me about the incentives that were offered. So instead of buying a car 2 miles from my house I drove 30 miles and found the environment to be more honest. Hence I purchased from Boardman Nissan. More

Very unsatisfied I wouldn't even put one star if it would allow it. They are liars and very unorganized.... Wasted an entire day there. Horrible service!!!!! DISHONEST & BAD BUSINESS. I was put in touch with James"Too Tall"Chismark II and he sent me pics on my phone and gave me an honest rundown on the car. I made the trip down to Ohio after work, James was waiting for me, which was nice to be treated in a special way. He had the car in the garage so I could see it,and than test drive it. He gave me an honest answer on how they received the car. I liked the fact that they are a younger group that wants to sell cars and not up for just screwing someone. I would look again here on my next car or tell others about it without hesitation. Tony, who did my Loan, was also great to deal with and made a smooth process. More

The best car buying experience of my life From the moment when I first called and spoke with Tony at Boardman Nissan I knew that I would be doing business there. Courtesy and respect blended with a true desire to serve the customer were evident with the salesman Tony and the manager Chris. They worked extra hard to get me a fair price for the car I wanted along with a reasonable interest rate. It is apparent that Boardman Nissan does not encourage high pressure sales just heartfelt customer service. When you have a great product like they do all you need to do is help the customer figure out which one is best for them and then work through the details together. Boardman has the model for other dealers to follow. I will go back soon. More

Bambozooled Boardman Nissan is a bunch of crooks that will do anythign to sell a car. Stopped in with concerns regarding my tires. I was disrepected, talked back Boardman Nissan is a bunch of crooks that will do anythign to sell a car. Stopped in with concerns regarding my tires. I was disrepected, talked back to, mocked, and my problem was never address. The service man just kept repearting that my tired were over inflated. Which I knew wasn't the case. After realizing the dealership was in no way concern for my saftey or cared to assist me, I called the tired company. Turns out, the tires on my car are high preformance tires that are not made for long term milleage and the dealership was suppose to inform me of this. I commute from Boardman to Akron everyday, and I re-call when purchasing the vehicle they knew I would be putting high milleage on the vehicle, because they kept trying to push me into a lease and I wouldn't do it because of how many milleage I would put on the vehicle. Not only did I drop 25k on a vehicle, I now have to pay $1000 for new tires when the car was only driven 16,000 miles. My brother talked to the Manager and pretty much told him it's not their problem. I've referred other customers to them in the past, but I will never again refer another person to them. I would never purchase another vehicle from them again either. More
