Excellent customer interaction I contacted Boardman through email about a car I was interested in and received an almost immediate response from the salesman Demetrius. This followe I contacted Boardman through email about a car I was interested in and received an almost immediate response from the salesman Demetrius. This followed by an email from one of the sales managers (Ryan) letting me know that if there was anything I needed that I could not only contact Demetrius but also him. I was able to negotiate a little with the price and they were very receptive. Never once did they try to pressure me and they were courteous and helpful throughout the entire experience. Ultimately I found a car closer to my home as this dealership is over 6 hours away. However, I would have gladly driven there for the car had the deal fell through. There was true sincerity in their responses and that goes a long way in this business! More

Hav My husband and I have now had two experiences where Boardman Nissan was unwilling to budge on vehicle price with us. The first was in May of 2013. Having bought an '11 Versa in 2011 and having a good experience with that sale, this was the first dealership we went to when our other car died and we needed to replace it. We looked at a used 2011 Versa that was priced higher than my new Versa had been two years prior. The dealership was unwilling to budge on price so we went to a different dealership and bought an '08 Fit. This latest experience, I ran across a decently priced 2015 Quest on their website and, against my better judgement, decided to try again with this dealership. Big mistake. They low balled our trade in and made zero effort on the price of the van. I went in and was honest about the absolute max payment I could accept and asked for complete honesty if they couldn't get there as I had my 5 month old with me and just wanted this to be efficient. They came back at a deal that was almost $50 more than my max. Just be prepared that if you go to this dealership, you'll be the only one making concessions in negotiations. I, for one, won't be back. More

When I contacted the Boardman through email, the salesperson had not seen the markdown but did not blink twice when I mentioned it to him and offered to honor any online price I had found from Boardman. I drove 3 hours to see the truck that weekend -- it was in fantastic shape! James "Too Tall" Chisler was extremely helpful, and from entering the dealership through test drive and purchase, I was in and out in two hours. James stayed in communication before and after the sale to make sure that I was satisfied with my Frontier. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! More
