Car was not detailed clean. Brake squeak. Salesman scam. They tried to fix squeak. Damaged rotor. Had to buy new brakes and rotor. They would not make good. Wanted to give me reward points. Excellent customer interaction I contacted Boardman through email about a car I was interested in and received an almost immediate response from the salesman Demetrius. This followe I contacted Boardman through email about a car I was interested in and received an almost immediate response from the salesman Demetrius. This followed by an email from one of the sales managers (Ryan) letting me know that if there was anything I needed that I could not only contact Demetrius but also him. I was able to negotiate a little with the price and they were very receptive. Never once did they try to pressure me and they were courteous and helpful throughout the entire experience. Ultimately I found a car closer to my home as this dealership is over 6 hours away. However, I would have gladly driven there for the car had the deal fell through. There was true sincerity in their responses and that goes a long way in this business! More
