I have a really good experience at this dealership. Ron was helpful to me not once but twice and gave me great service, which is why I came back a second time. I visited two other dealers looking for the same vehicle. The other dealers sales people were rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor, selling me a car. They gave me the run around about locating th The other dealers sales people were rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor, selling me a car. They gave me the run around about locating the color vehicle I wanted, trying to push me into a car I did not want. I had pre approved financing, the other dealerships were trying to push me into financing through them, when I agreed to let them find me financing, they offered a ridiculous interest rate. I walked out. I looked on the cochran web site, saw the vehicle I wanted, called and asked if it was still available, I live 45 minutes away, I drove to cochran, Met with Mike Kascak,he gave me a price for the new car, offered me a trade in value for my car within an hour. Because it was closing time and the bank for my loan was closed, they had to do the paper work in the am. Mike called in the AM, he said that he really believed that Jason could get me better financing, I agreed to let them find me financing, they called back with a great rate. When I went to pick up my new Kia, I met with Mike Kascak, the car was ready and waiting, I walked in and was done within and hour. A great car buying experience. More
