My husband and I appreciated the fact that we were not accosted by a "high-powered" salesman. This is one thing that really turns us off. Josh Ropele and Mike Carvelli are awesome!! Josh is an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable, wasn't the least bit pushy, and was honest. Not your typical salesman. He was honest and bent over backwards to get me a into a loan I could afford. Both of them spent many hours with me helping me decide what to do, and never once pressured me or used sales tactics. I have found over the years it is rare to find integrity when car shopping, but this dealership exudes it and prides themselves on it. I felt comfortable and able to trust what they were telling me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and I don't think I'll ever buy a car anywhere else. More

Ron took my call earlier in the day and verified the used (like new- certified) 2011 Kia Sportage EX was still available. He let us test drive the car and didn't hassle us. He answered our questions and didn't belittle us. He didn't push a 2012 model on us because he knew this was a unique car loaded with options that we both liked. He worked with us on our trade in and was able to get us a price we were comfortable with. While we waited for financing the detailer buffed and cleaned the entire car inside and out, even the engine compartment...very nice! He even gave us some tips on how to keep the car like new. We were able to take the car home the same night. The staff didn't mind staying after hours. Ron made sure we knew how to work our navigation and blue tooth systems. My wife loves her new car and we would definitely come back to purchase another. Not surprising that your dealership has won so many awards with this type of service. My parents bought there Sonata from the Monroeville store and now we know why. I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience for us both ever! Thanks again for the team effort and treating us like we're part of the Cochran family!! More

We did end up purchasing the vehicle and I would recommend that if anyone is visiting this dealership for any reason, ask for Ron. More
i went looking for a new car that i was ready to buy and had a trade in too well because i am young i got horrible service i was there for over an hour and the trade in appraisal took 45 mins and the offer had a trade in too well because i am young i got horrible service i was there for over an hour and the trade in appraisal took 45 mins and the offer was terrible and didn't work with me on it at all actually told me to get my keys and leave... besides all that i was left alone sitting at a table for 45 minutes by myself. he did not try and help me at all and was extremely rude and cocky i would never recommend going to #1 cochran for anything my friend had the same problem with the gmc dealership so dont waste your time they wont even give you a resonable price on anything they have and will probably blow you off unless they think you are naive and an easy sale More
This was my first time buying a car. I went in looking for a Kio Forte and fell in love with a Kio Rio. Daniel Trotter was a very friendly salesman. I came in to look at a car, Ron gave me his card, and I just looked around. I came back in to talk to him and he let me take the KIA Sportage out for a ride. He even moved all my stuff from my old car to my new one after the dealership had washed and prepped it for me while I was signing paperwork. They were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them every time. More
I had stopped in at this dealership before when I had first started looking for a car to check out what they had. There were people there ready to help as soon as I walked in. Then a couple weeks later after checking out a few other Dealerships I came back to #1 Cochran in Robinson and talked to Ron Gardner and told him my situation I was in and that I needed to get into a car soon and he patiently listend then was very helpful and answered all the questions I had and showed me some solutions to go about my problem. I came back the next week to find the car I wanted so I could buy it. It was 8:30pm at night Ron wasnt working that night so the guy he works with Michael Brophey was more then willing to help me. It was pouring down rain and he was out getting cars to show me and my boyfriend. The next day when i came back to buy the car I had decided on Ron and Michael were both there and helped us make the best choice for our money and i left a couple hours later with a brand new 2012 Kia Forte and it they went through everything with me and even when i couldnt figure something out I just stopped back and they helped me figure out the problem I am extreemly happy with my new car and very grateful for there help and patience with me. I will recomend them to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car and to ask for one of those two gentlemen in particular. More
