I walked into the showroom and upon entering I was greeted by Ron Gardner. Was polite, friendly, and most importantly, allowed me the freedom to look around without pressure. After some browsing I f greeted by Ron Gardner. Was polite, friendly, and most importantly, allowed me the freedom to look around without pressure. After some browsing I found Ron and we started to look for the specific car I desired. I used the website prior to arriving and knew several models that I was interested in. Ron showed me around and answered any questions I had. We took a test drive and afterwards I was ready to purchase. AS I WALKED TO THE FRONT DOOR OF #1KIA OF ROBINSON I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND A HANDSHAKE FROM SAM CHIODO. HE IMMEDIATELY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HIS FRIENDLY DEMEANOR WAS REFRESHING. AFTER SOME SM GREETED WITH A SMILE AND A HANDSHAKE FROM SAM CHIODO. HE IMMEDIATELY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HIS FRIENDLY DEMEANOR WAS REFRESHING. AFTER SOME SMALL TALK I FELT QUITE STRONGLY THAT I COULD TRUST SAM. HE WAS SO HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF THE KIA OPTIMA. WE FOUND ONE THAT I LOVED, BUT I DIDNT THINK THAT I COULD AFFORD IT. BUT SAM WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND SHOWED ME THAT I COULD OWN THE CAR OF MY DREAMS. I have been researching vehicles for several months and on Saturday, October 22, 2011 I was hoping to make a decision and purchase a vehicle that day. I feel like I have to be in a good frame of mind befo on Saturday, October 22, 2011 I was hoping to make a decision and purchase a vehicle that day. I feel like I have to be in a good frame of mind before I get ready for a vehicle purchase and I normally dread the "dealing" and the process. I did purchase a 2012 Sorento LX AWD and I have to say this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I had been in customer service for 30 years and have a high standard for serving the customer. Mike Kascak and Jason Kascak exceeded my expectations! My son came with me that day and although I test drove the Sorento previously, I wanted a second opinion. Mike, the sales specialist, was extremely nice, not at all pushy and very informative. When we sat down to discuss price, he was very upfront with his figures and the price for my trade-in. Mike was very willing to help me and he re-worked the prices 3 times for me before I was satisfied with the deal. I liked that the worksheets showed the finance percentage and what the monthly payment would be. During that time he was very patient with me. I was very specific in that I wanted a dark cherry Sorento and preferred all black interior. The Sorento I tested had beige seats and black carpeting. Mike checked all over the area for what I wanted and there was none to be found. He even checked for the next shipment to come in and none were found. He was willing to compromise with my price and I did purchase the dark cherry Sorento with the beige seats. Jason then worked with me and my husband on the financing. He was so efficient and precise and answered all my questions about certain figures on the sales sheet. In addition, when I called my insurance company on Monday, Mike had already given them all the details to update my insurance. Thank you Mike and Jason for the excellent customer service. I hope the Kia service and repair department will be just as good. So far I really like the Sorento and the color is beautiful. I really like the braking system, the ample room for my groceries and shopping bags and am loving the bluetooth. More
