I was very interested in the new Acadia Denali (2011) They knew that I was interested in a white one and called me as soon as one came in that was loaded the way I would want it. My husband and I went out to check it out and decided we would prefer one with black interior. The guys did what it took to locate one for a dealer trade and brought it in for us within a few days. We just purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse. It has been a very long process; however the last few months have moved pretty quickly which meant, we had to find a car quickly. Dale and Chris had no way of knowing which vehicle we would choose or if we would even purchase it through Cochran; but that did not detour them from giving us ample time to talk with them about the type of vehicle we wanted, test drive several vehicles and work with us to keep the payment where we preferred it to be. They met all of our requests so quickly we decided to purchase again with Cochran and all due to the outstanding customer service we received from Dale and Chris. We had specific timeframes, we had to receive answers and process the paperwork for a new car. They met every time constraint we were under with flying colors. In addition to their prompt and professional service, they were extremely personable which was a key point for us. We really appreciate these two people who made time for us even with a showroom full of other customers. We would highly recommend #1 Cochran for not only thier outstanding service from the sales end of it but their service end of it. Rich Huntley, Donny Seaton and Jim Fife were extremely helpful during our continous visits to the shop. They were extremely accomodating to my schedule, always made sure we had transportation which was critical for our jobs and were thourough during the repairs. Tom Cole greeted me at the door and was very personable and professional from start to finish. He worked to get me the car that would fit my family, lifestyle and budget and was extremely helpful the entire way. After I bought my 2012 Kia Forte, he called to make sure everything was OK with the car. I know if there ever is a problem I can return to the dealership and they will take care of it.
