I decided to purchase my Hyundai Elantra after leasing it for 2 years since I am not in a position to buy new right now. I was left on hold and playing phone tag with several area Hyundai dealers who told me for 2 years since I am not in a position to buy new right now. I was left on hold and playing phone tag with several area Hyundai dealers who told me a higher price than my actual buyout was. I was also spoken to like a child over the phone and treated disrespectfully. I had been looking at 2012 Kia Sportages before I settled on buying out my lease and found Sam Chiodo at #1 Cochran in Robinson. He was extremely personable, attentive and friendly to me and my father. He was so understanding when we explained to him what was happening with trying to buy my lease out. He and the manager went through all of the paperwork to sell me my car, even though they did not profit from it (since it was a lease buy-out from another dealer). Because of all of the work they did for me and gave me a car to drive for the day while my car was looked over (instead of having to sit there all day) I will absolutely return to #1 Cochran in Robinson to see Sam hopefully within the year to purchase the Sportage I want! I recommend Sam to anyone who steps in the door! He is the first honest and truthful salesman I have ever met! He has gained my respect and trust and I will be back! More
Mike was extremely helpful. I went to a different dealer in the morning who treated me disrespectfully. Mike did what he could to get me the right rate that I could afford a month for my payments. I have already suggested him to many people and will return to him next time I need a car. He was very friendly and did not try to sell me cars or options I did not want or need. He understood when I said I'd like to have my father there (as I am a young female) and did not try to show me anything until he was there unless I asked. He showed me any car I wanted without complaint about having to run in the building multiple times for keys. More

Over the last 16 years I have purchased over 10 cars and I have never had such an easy and caring staff to work with. I normally dread purchasing a car but if I have the option to work with Sam and Jason at I have never had such an easy and caring staff to work with. I normally dread purchasing a car but if I have the option to work with Sam and Jason at #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson again I would do it in a second. Sam was there to help with all of my decision making needs and his follow up and tenacity is clearly what sets him apart from my past experiences. I could sense that Sam truly cared about me and our ability to get a great car. Not to mention that he and Jason pulled a fast one on me and got me a better loan rate then what I was expecting. They clearly were trying to help me prove to myself that I had made the right decision on the car Sam helped me with. I would surely refer my friends and family to this dealership. By the way the car is awesome and though we had a winter storm the day I picked it up they had the car completely detailed and topped off with fuel for my wintery drive. I almost wanted to leave it there so I would not have to get it covered bumper to bumper with salt. More

Dan gave me a few options to consider but I was in the market specifically for a Kia Sorento as I had done my research previously so I was leaning toward buying a vehicle that day and trading in my old vehicle as well. Dan offered me the current incentives and rebates and I asked for lower finanicing rate which was given to me as well. I was very pleased with the finance manager as he gave me a good APR to work with. I had a "not so good" experience at another local KIA dealership as they seemed not to want my business. I would highly-recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. I think the mark of a good car salesman is dependent upon the backing of sales management and the finance department within the dealership. Great job guys! I can now see why your dealership is among the best! I'm looking forward to excellent service from the service department as well. I like the free lifetime state inspections and the discount on oil changes so I will be bringing my car in frequently for any servicing and/or repairs needed. I had been researching the KIA Sportage SX for several months before I finally was in a position to buy. Cochran KIA was the first and only dealership I dealt with because Dave made it clear from the beg months before I finally was in a position to buy. Cochran KIA was the first and only dealership I dealt with because Dave made it clear from the beginning he'd do what he could to send me home with a new vehicle. Not only did Dave and his team make a deal that perfectly met my requirements, he brought in a Sportage from another state when we found out there wasn't a single one in PA. I love the car, and I've never had a more effortless experience buying anything, and I can't overstate the ease. I will recommend Cochran Kia and Dave Ganser to everyone I know. More

I was so pleased with # 1 Cochran, I drove home my new 2012 Kia Sorento SX. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named David that asked if he could help us with anything. David had a great personality which made me relaxed and feel that he was willing to do anything possible to help me find the right vehicle for me. David went over every detail about the Kia and asked several times if I had any questions at all that he could answer.I also feel that he did everything possible to get me the best deal I could get. He also stressed that at any time I might have a question that I could call him. Two days before going to #1 Cochran, I had went to another Kia dealership and was not pleased with the salesperson at all. I realize he wanted to be done working for the day so therefore he was not customer friendly and even down graded my vehicle that I was going to trade in. He even asked if we could agree to put a 15 minute limit on our visit. I will refer my family & friends to # 1 Cochran. More
