I knew I was going to buy a car at #1 Cochran as soon as I showed up on the lot. I was immediately greeted by Sam Chiodo on a freezing cold night. Sam immediately started asking questions. Not once did he try to push anything on me or try to lead me in any particular direction. He went above and beyond to accomodate me and to get me the exact vehicle I wanted (even though the dealership had to drive 300 miles to get it!) The descriptions of their inventory/pricing on their web site was spot on, which typically is NEVER the case. The facilities were spotless and comfortable. To be greeted at the door by the GM Rob was a great step in making you feel appreciated. Ron Gardner was the BEST sales person we have ever dealt with. His low pressure, informative presentation didn't make us feel like running, screaming out of the lot after 10 minutes. This dealership has gained 2 new lifelong customers!!! More
