My husband and I went to Kia Robinson knowing what make of car we wanted, a Kia Sorento front wheel drive. We had gone to the car show in Feb. and then had gone to another Kia dealership last Sat. to start of car we wanted, a Kia Sorento front wheel drive. We had gone to the car show in Feb. and then had gone to another Kia dealership last Sat. to start looking and to test drive both the V6 and l4 engines. The salesman wasn't too helpful there and we weren't ready to make a commitment. We then decided to drive to Kia Robinson late Monday afternoon. Mike approached us immediately and we were shown the Sorento's in stock. We knew what features we wanted and Mike was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Our problem was agreeing on the exterior and interior color. We took a test drive with the l4 front wheel drive and were very happy with its performance, plus the gas mileage was better than the V6 as well as the sticker price. With the incentives and trade in for our van, we drove home with our new Sorento that evening. It was a stress free experience and we felt we were treated honestly. I would recommend Mike and the Cochran Kia dealership to anyone thinking about buying a new or used vehicle. More

My wife and I have researched and met with many different Kia dealerships and we only found Dan Trotter and the sales manager at #1 Cochran Kia to work best for us. We had a couple of bad experiences at dif Kia dealerships and we only found Dan Trotter and the sales manager at #1 Cochran Kia to work best for us. We had a couple of bad experiences at different dealerships and Dan took the time to hear our concerns, advise us on the best car for our needs, and get us a very good price for our new car and trade. I highly recommend Dan Trotter, the Kia Sales Manager, and #1 Cochran Kia. I plan on buying my next car with them in the very near future. Whatever you do, you should make sure you see them before you buy anywhere else. You will only be helping yourself out. More
This was our first time at the dealership, only because Century Three KIA is about 5 miles closer but will definetly not be the last. Not only did #1 Cochran Kia Robinson squeeze us in they told us what they believed the problem to be before they even pulled my car into the garage. Half hour to 40 minutes later my car was finished and the problem was exactly what we were told, the brake switch was failing. #1 Cochran Kia Robinson saved my family the grief of having to deal with a vehicle that was not functioning properly. Alicia Mader was amazing, knowledgeable and unlike past workings with dealerships, she didn't even want to say anything bad about the dealership who offered us no help. Her only concern was making sure we were happy and had a safe vehicle before we left. Gas could reach 10 dollars a gallon and I would still make the further drive to #1 Cochran Kia Robinson. It's not very often that businesses make you feel like you matter but yesterday dealing with Alicia and the group at #1 Cochran Kia Robinson, we felt like we did. I was very impressed with our experience with #1 Cochran Kia. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. It took less time for us to buy our Kia (with financing) than it did for us to buy our last car Kia. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. The total time from pulling into the lot to take the Soul for a test drive, to us signing the papers was less than 2 hours. Our salesman Ron Gardner was very helpful, informative and friendly. I love the car so far especially the "blue tooth" for my cell phone. He also explained about the service department and introduced us to the employees in the service department. I have already referred Mike to a family member who will be ready to buy in the very near future! I would definately buy another car from this dealer and I would recommend Mike. More
I am a Minister of a Christian Church. The church includes a car in my salary package. We found ourselves in a situation where our current vehicle developed serious engine problems. Our bank gave us a pre set credit limit to work with. Cohchran offered a very fair trade on our current vehicle that allowed us to pay it off with a little left over for a down payment on a beautiful 2012 Kia Soul. We came in under the limit our bank had given us to work with. I had already developed an interest in the Kia Soul. I visited the Kia showroom on 3/3/12. I was greeted by Sales Manager Rob Williams who intorduced me to our Salesman, Mr. Sam took the time to listen to me, and he helped me find the exact car from their stock that not only perfectly fit our needs of our church, but also a vehicle that I personally felt good about driving. Sam took every little detail seriously. One week later 3/10/12 we took delievery of our awesome 2012 Kia Soul. My Cochran expeience was second to none.
