#1 Cochran Kia Robinson

My wife and I went to #1 Cochran Kia in Robinson to look at the new Kia Sorento. We were not sure that we wanted to buy new. However, after talking with Dave Ganser we found out that #1 Cochran is very mili at the new Kia Sorento. We were not sure that we wanted to buy new. However, after talking with Dave Ganser we found out that #1 Cochran is very military friendly and willing to give discounts. The price was a small amount more than buying a used older Sorento and we could not see giving up the quality of a new Sorneto. I talked to Dave and he was exceptional to work with. I would not have bought the Sorento if I didn't buy from friendly, stright forward, and down to earth people. The process was great! We are happy to buy from #1 Cochran and I already recomended my military and civilian friends to buy there and ask for Dave. Thank You!!! More

I bought a certified used car from #1 Cochran's Robinson I bought a certified used car from #1 Cochran's Robinson dealership in April and shortly after that my front passenger tire started squealing. It was a minor irritation at first but over the weeks it got worse and worse. The first positive interaction I had with getting this addressed was the ease at which I could set up a service time. My schedule is very tight as I work both a full and part time job while raising a daughter. David LaPosta made sure he set it up to where I could drop my car off while on break from work and the shuttle would get me back before my break was over. Vince, the gentleman that took care of me in the service department, waited on me right away and explained some of the things that could be wrong with the breaks. Something I've not experienced much when dealing with other service personell. I explained to him the urgency in my need to have the car done no later than 2:10pm, as I had to pick my daughter up after school. Not only were they done in time, they were actually done early! I must also mention my pleasure in dealing with Cal, the shuttle driver. He is a very friendly and outgoing individual and the ride to work and back to the dealership was a very nice experience. This is the third vehicle bought from Cochran and I will go back. More

Dave was very friendly and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was thorough and on top of everything, very organized. I contacted Rob and told him the type of car that I wanted to purchase. He located the car and obtained it for his dealership(from Ohio). Everything that I hate about buying a car Rob eliminated from the process (i.e. the sitting and waiting). He delivered the car to me at nearby location to my home. He sat down and reviewed all the paperwork quickly and efficently! He then took an hour of his time to tutor me on all of the bells and whistles of my NEW car! It was great! He was exceptionally professsional, personable and helpful. He is a wonderful representative of the dealership as well as the Kia brand! He really believes in his product! All of the other staff I spoke to were also friendly and professional. The finance gentleman was great (my apologies for forgetting his name). In all, I had a FANTASTIC car buying experience! I have shared my experience with lots of my family, friends and colleagues. I would highly recommend Rob and this Kia dealership to anyone I know. More
