Top notch professional service experience. After having a less than stellar experience at another dealer, I took my Kia Optima Hybrid to Cochran Kia to have the UVO radio replaced under warranty. In and o a less than stellar experience at another dealer, I took my Kia Optima Hybrid to Cochran Kia to have the UVO radio replaced under warranty. In and out in less than the 2 hours time promised. Will be bringing my car here in the future for routine service. More

Took my Sedona in for a noise that I thought would be covered warranty work. I was worried about the safety of the car with the noise. I also requested the cigarette lighter be checked. I was told in a condescending manner that "it would be hours". I travel 50 minutes to bring van there and I already figured that, brought things to do while waiting. It was greatly appreciated when both problems were diagnosed in an hour. It was the presentation of the problem that really bothered me. Alicia made me feel stupid by repeating several times the lighter was full of debris (so what) and wanted $47.50 to clean it. I was told that rust built up on rotors and they needed cleaned for a total bill of $100.00. I called my mechanic who told me to get out of there. I told Alicia my mechanic would fix the problem and she was questioning me why I even brought it there. I explained as I have presented in the first sentence. They pulled my van around... I was walking to put my arms full of stuff in the car... And she is yelling "ma'am you need to sign out". I have purchased new vehicles my entire life and this was not my first rodeo. She asked me what my mechanic charges per hour. I wondered the relevance and questioned it. Charge me a reasonable price the first time and maybe I would have had this minor maintenance done. She said they would match it. I was not interested at that point and signed my papers and left. My mechanic replaced the cigarette fuse for $5.00 and 2 minutes to clean it. He also did "no charge" on cleaning the rotors (10 minutes). $100 problem versus a $5.00 fix.... You do the math. And the condescending attitude from the moment I walked in... Up until the moment I left... Not appreciated. I guess I will have to find another Kia to service my car, because I will not be rushing in to see this attitude from a woman who I hoped was just having a bad day. I don't know what her problem was... Seemed like someone was trying to be an alpha female and that does not cut it with me. I am the customer and should be able to make choices that are best for my budget. Thanks for your time. More

I had such a great experience working with Ron. He had so much patients with me considering my biggest prerequisite was that my dog would fit comfortably in my new car. I also was torn between two different Kia's, so I had made three different trips to the dealership. I also called Rob in the evening to arrange for a time to bring my 90 pound beast to have her jump up into the Sorento to assure a perfect fit. Needless to say, I was probably the biggest pain in the butt, however Ron kept a smile on his face the whole time and let me work through the process on my own. I really appreciate a NO pressure sale and that's what I got from him. In the end, I ended up with the very 1st car I sat in from the beginning. I will tell all my pals to shop at Cochran Robinson Kia. I love my new car and so does the dog! More

This dealership clearly has a strong emphasis on quality customer care, as each staff member who saw me, greeted me by name and knew which vehicle I was interested in. The salesman who was helping me, Mike Brophey, was very kind, knowledgeable and had an absolute zero-pressure approach in his mannerism. The finance manager, Michael Carvelli, showed a sincere desire to help by going above and beyond any reasonable expectation to not only obtain the best interest rate, but went out of his way to ensure I understood how my new car worked. A+ gentlemen! Keep up the great work! More

Rob Williams, manager introduced himself and offered his help if it is ever needed. Tom took his time and gave us a through explanation of all of our new car's components. Tom even gave us his personal, in addition to his work numbers for us use if we ever needed help connecting to service or to answer questions. I highly recommend #1 Cochran and Tom Cole. More
