Service went as expected.  I returned because I received a discount coupon from Cochran a day or 2 after for the 40000 mile service regimen that we just completed at 37000 miles. With the state inspection the total bill was $500. Service agent (Don) could not find the manager to get permission to apply the credit and took copies of the documents. He told me to check with him the next day. I returned late the next day to find he still hadn't talked to the manager, but told me he would authorize the $50 credit to my card and took the coupon. I am still waiting for the credit. More
