Terrible Customer Service in Service I have never been here, as I live in an entirely different state, and I have owned my KIA for 2 years. However, the previous owner of my vehicle used I have never been here, as I live in an entirely different state, and I have owned my KIA for 2 years. However, the previous owner of my vehicle used to have their service done here. When they took their new vehicle in April of this year, Cochran accidentally selected my vehicle, creating a "mileage inconsistency" on the carfax. Both myself and KIA Customer Service have been trying to get a copy of the service invoice so that we can verify it was not my car for a week, and NOONE will respond. They blow us off and send us to different voicemails, never responding. Their clerical error is going to cost me over $1500 on trade in, and I have never even set foot inside their doors. The customer service keeps giving me a run around saying "they scan every vehicle," and refuses to furnish any proof that a car was serviced there at all because we don't know the name of the person who had it serviced. Its baffling that they would rather believe I drove all the way to Pennsylvania from Indiana in the middle of quarantine to get my vehicle serviced at the place the first owner got it serviced and drove it back to Indiana (where we have Kia Service of our own) than that they made an error. Consistent care and commitment to customers! This is my second car purchased from this dealership and I have had nothing but great service since first becoming a customer in 2018. Every 5000 mile This is my second car purchased from this dealership and I have had nothing but great service since first becoming a customer in 2018. Every 5000 miles my car (Kia Optima SXT) is due for maintenance and an oil change to ensure the car continues to run optimally. I received notice as expected and am able to schedule the service appointment when it is convenient for me. I usually wait in the lobby while they go over the car and the oil change and the check up only took about 30 minutes from the time I entered the door to the time they hand me my keys back. They are up front and open about what is needed with the car and usually offer a fair price if anything needs taken care of immediately, although I have not needed anything besides the required oil change they are thorough with thier inspection and transparent about what needs fixed right away. They even wash my car free of charge every time I take it in for its check up. I plan on staying at this KIA dealership as my primary center for service and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable yet sleek car or SUV if you are in the market for one-I absolutely love my Optima and get compliments everywhere I go (this is a kia???). More

Awesome customer service experience! Sam was friendly from the moment I pulled in. He was willing to help me, a-23-year old looking for a good used car and he spent hours with my father a Sam was friendly from the moment I pulled in. He was willing to help me, a-23-year old looking for a good used car and he spent hours with my father and I allowing us both to test drive the vehicle, being honest about his job and what the car had been through, sat down with the car fax and went over all of it with us. Sam helped with insurance questions and was willing to stay late the next day to make sure I got the car, he stayed an hour and a half past his shift ending. Great service, was able to answer all my questions and friendly the entire time. I would recommend to anyone to buy a car from this dealership and from Sam specifically if possibly. More

Can’t ask for anything better So goin to this dealership was a great idea went up on a Saturday and Sam helped us. From there it’s history. Picked up our Telluride just yesterday. The whole car buying experience there was awesome. Staff was great and Sam was excellent. My wife gets alittle crazy about these things and Sam just kept her in check. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to visit to look into ga vehicle. The signing of the papers was also a great experience. Dave made it fun and easy. Color coded things and totally explained and or answered any questions we hand. Both these guys we dealt with were great. More
