We wanted to purchase a 2013 Kia Soul Red Plus model, we were basically told just take what we have in stock or we can't help you. Neither Mike nor Rob were willing to help us, we walked out and never heard another word from either of them. We went the next day to Jim Shorkey Kia they found us a red one without any issue at all and picked it up and delivered it to us two days later. We love our RED KIA SOUL Plus and would never step foot in another Cochran dealership again in our life!!!! Mike was basically rude, and Rob just seemed like he could care less!!!! I am making sure I tell everyone I come in contact with the service you gave me!!!!!! More

This was my first experience buying a car from Cochran. Tom was very helpful, pleasant and respectful to me and my needs. I would send my friends, family, co-workers and anyone who asks to #1 Cochran of Robinson. I love my new Red Soul. I do keep cars for 10 or more years and do not put much mileage on them. I know this car will last me. More
Had my 2004 kia sedona inspected on 09/10/12. had an initial call from brian, telling me "mrs johnson, a couple things... first you have a bulb out, second your brakes need service, not enough drag on initial call from brian, telling me "mrs johnson, a couple things... first you have a bulb out, second your brakes need service, not enough drag on the rear wheels, they spin freely and it is recommended there be a 20-40% drag, so to avoid unneccessary wear on the front brakes".. oh, "incidentally, your tires need rotated; you have newer tires on the rear axle and you should have them on the front. i then subsequently explained how sams club, the installer of my two new goodyears, instructed that I should place new tires on the rear axle". i authorized both the brakes, and the bulb. an hour later, brian called again... "mrs johnson - a bit of a problem, we need to charge you an hour service to tear your back door panel off. the tech lost the pigtail in the commision of changing the bulb". naturally, this was not what I wanted to hear, especially since the garage charges $95 an hour. brian explained that he would try to get me some kind of discount. my husband subsequently call Brian back and proceeded to angrily discuss how we shouldn't be charged for the misdeed. ultimately we were only charged $50 to change the rear license plate bulbs, due to their compassion and courtesy to .not. assess an hour service charge. i picked the vehicle up... paid the $161 charge, signed the paper, and left.. after getting home I then realized they did nothing to the brakes that was previously discussed. since this was verbally communication, i have no leg to stand on. furthermore, i left without reviewing the itemization. your brian certainly isn't going to acknowledge the truthfullness in my claim regarding the above conversation with regards to the brakes. this particular Kia model has had nothing but maintenance issues with the brakes and I have performed all recommended service to the brakes... My advise to any consumer using this service facility is to be watchful; certainly review each itemized billing prior to leaving with the vehicle. after this incident, it is highly unlikely that I will be using the Robinson Township facility. There is a Wexford kia as well as south Hills within a reasonable distance. More
This was our first new car purchase. Dave was absolutely great to work with. We first came to Cochran in early August and test drove a Kia with him at the beginning of our car search. After a lot of test drives I called Dave back in the afternoon and told him I wanted to test drive the Kia Forte just once more before I made a decision. He was more than happy to let me drive the car again with no pressure whatsoever. Every question I asked he either answered honestly on the spot or found the answer for me. He even threw in an addition I asked for that they didn't have in stock, which was a great surprise. When we sat down to do paperwork, I was a bit nervous because I've heard horror stories about dealers trying to sneak in extra charges, programs, and accessories. I've also heard how long all this takes, which concerned me a bit. I had zero reason to worry. Dave was prompt and even offered us some cold water on the hot, muggy day. He was only gone a few minutes at a time to get various paperwork and was able to match the rate we had gotten when we were preapproved at our credit union. When we sat down to sign the paperwork, the guy helping us there was great also. His name slips my mind, but he was affectionately called "The Hulk" and he was very helpful. He didn't try to get us to sign anything we didn't want, he didn't mind that I wanted to read things a little more closely or ask questions, he just gave us information and let us decide rather than pushing things on us. The entire process from the time we were on the lot until we drove off the lot was about two hours, which was phenomenal. Dave was great and was a low pressure, informative guy who got along with our joking personalities, answered all of our questions, and even offered to answer any future questions we might have. A wonderful first time buyer experience. More

My experience at #1 Cochran was great. I was looking for a good deal on a trade for my 2002 Ford Taurus. I was able to get financing for a 2013 KIA Forte! I purchased my 2013 Kia Soul and was headed home when I was hit in the side by a young man who was trying to change lanes on Campbell Run Rd. I have NEVER owned a new vehicle let alone ever been in an accident. I made 1 phone call back to the dealership before even calling the police and Mike arrived to help. I never imagined the care they took for my safety and my mothers safety. I cannot express the gratitude I have for them and the dealership they work at. I cannot thank them enough for offering me a loaner car to get home but I was far too shook up to drive so Mike drove us home and promised me that my car will be better than it was when I drove it off the lot. My thanks to them will never be fully expressed. I can only thank God for them and all they did to calm me and my mother after such an awful ordeal that was of no fault of theirs. They were thoughtful and genuine the whole time. I will recommend them to ANYONE who is interested in a new or used vehicle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was WONDERFUL!!
