This was my first time shopping for a car myself. I was very nervous and stressed. Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant. I traveled from over 1200 miles away to pick up a car listed by this dealership on Cars.com. I spoke several times to the sales staff about the vehicle and VERIFYING the listing online (DAVID GANSER). Wh listed by this dealership on Cars.com. I spoke several times to the sales staff about the vehicle and VERIFYING the listing online (DAVID GANSER). When I got to the dealership after driving for 8 hours, I find that the car is not what is listed OR verified by David Ganser. He was very flippant and uncaring about the erroneous information offered,or that we had traveled so far to get the vehicle (he was whistling through the test drive even after we discovered his lies!) After traveling all that way and finding out the car was not what was listed, obviously we had to fly home. I asked the General sales manager (ROB WILLIAMS) if he would help us and ship some things that we could not take on the airplane. He refused. David, Jason the sales manager, and Rob the general sales manager tried to tell me that everything that was on the car was listed online. When I pointed out that the equipment I wanted on my car was STANDARD, not OPTIONAL, the sales manager Rob said, i know that is not a PRIUS 5, it is a Prius 2!!! YET, today, November 9th, it is STILL listed online as a PRIUS 5! The sales manager told me it is a prius 2, but he still has it listed wrong! its obvious these un-professionals only care about selling the vehicle. David Ganser even tried to say that he never confirmed with me that it was a Prius 5. I would not believe a single word that comes out of his mouth when it comes to selling on of his cars. More

My husband and I were looking for a new KIA Sorento. Not satisfied with the KIA dealership in Ohio we decided to look in PA. #1 Cochran was the first dealship we looked at...since it was not to far from ho satisfied with the KIA dealership in Ohio we decided to look in PA. #1 Cochran was the first dealship we looked at...since it was not to far from home. Ron was great. They did not have the KIA Sorento with all the extras I wanted so Ron got online and found the exact KIA I wanted...the color too. I love my KIA. If anyone is looking for a KIA I recommend #1 Cochran. #1 for a reason! More

A little over 2 years ago my husband and i looked around the Ohio valley near our residence in St.clairsville, Ohio for a new Kia and were disgusted with service and dealerships here. We found #1 Cochran o the Ohio valley near our residence in St.clairsville, Ohio for a new Kia and were disgusted with service and dealerships here. We found #1 Cochran online and spoke to Ron Gardner. We picked out a Kia Sportage and he drove it to our house!. We purchased it from him here on the spot. Yesterday we drove to the dealership to get some service on our vehicle. We met with Ron and ended up trading it in on a brand new Kia Sorento. We love it and the process was very quick and painless. We definitely recommend Ron Gardner and #1 Cochran to everyone we talk to and we personally wont deal with anyone else. More

Took my car in for the inspection and emission and I had to wait for it to be done. I don't think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour for anything. When you have an appt. here, that is actually to wait for it to be done. I don't think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour for anything. When you have an appt. here, that is actually the time they take you, not an hour or so later which means that they understand that my time is just as valuable as their time. Everyone is friendly and they explain things clearly. I was advised to get a new engine filter and I was shown the original one and he explained why it should be changed. I also had a nail in my time and they were able to repair that as well. Have never had a problem so far with any work that has needed done. More

I appreciated the kind jester of getting me a loaner vehicle while my car was having some service issues and I wasn't able to have my car several times for a few days/a week.
