I would recommend them to anyone. I actually already have recommended them to a family member. We were very impressed with the features of the three vehicles that we drove with Mr. Trotter. He was very informative about all the features and pointed them all out to us. There were a lot of features on the car for the incredible price. Mr. Totter was very helpful in getting all the paper work done in a timely manner in order to give my wife the car for Christmas. Actually everyone in the dealership was very polite and attentive. Mr. Trotter was very helpful after we purchased the car in setting up our phones and explaining how to work the Ipod. The choice of this dealership was made primarily due to the distance from my house. They definetly went out of their way to make the buying experience as good as possible. WOW! After visiting ten different dealerships during business hours and at least ten dealerships after business hours, Tom Cole explained to me why the Kia Sorento was the perfect vehicle for our family business hours and at least ten dealerships after business hours, Tom Cole explained to me why the Kia Sorento was the perfect vehicle for our family and he did everything to make certain that I would be happy with the purchase. I told him that we were price conscious and he LISTENED to me. Tom gave me a price that was very fair and could not be argued with. There were no theatrics and haggling with the sales manager and we were treated with much respect. We keep our cars for 8 to 10 years and simply HATE purchasing new cars due to the back and forth on the final price. We did not have to do that at #1 Cochran Kia. Before we entered the dealership we knew the price we were aiming for and Tom and #1 Cochran went ABOVE and BEYOND what we ever thought we would get for our money. Buying a new car does not have to be stressful! My husband and I have been raving to our friends and neighbors about the experience we had with the purchase of our new 2013 Kia Sorento (Baltic Bluc)and are telling them to head out to Robinson Township to #1 Cochran and talk with Tom Cole who had our best interests at heart. He was extremely easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and explained many things in easy to understand terms. Sam made me feel like he was an old friend that I hadn't seen in a while, rather than someone simply trying to make a sale. He seemed genuinely concerned that our needs were met, and that he could help. Kevin Covert, the finance manager, was just as helpful and easy to talk to. The entire dealership had a friendly atmosphere, and I would recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking for a quality dependable car, with staff that are eager to please. Kia was my last stop of the day on a Saturday filled with looking at new cars. Dave greeted me promptly. Over the next hour or so I looked at a few different vehicles and ended up test driving the Kia Soul ( looking at new cars. Dave greeted me promptly. Over the next hour or so I looked at a few different vehicles and ended up test driving the Kia Soul (which was NOT on my list of vehicles to even consider at the time!). The Soul handled remarkably well. Never once during the day did I feel "pressured" into making a decision. Later on I made the decision with my wife and returned with my two children. Dave did not mind when the each asked a million questions, nor did Rob when he went over some of the later details with me. During the signing process my children started to get a bit antsy. It did not seem to phase Kevin at all. Overall this was a great car buying experience! More
