The day I bought my Kia I visited about 5 other dealerships. I received far and away the best service from the Kia dealership and Ron Gardner in particular. My service appointment on February 27, 2013 at the #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson was by far my best overall experience at the dealership. From setting up the appointment to getting pricing for a set of new tires to the service itself, it was an excellent all around experience. Dave in parts was very helpful in finding me a set of tires for a price that others couldn't touch. Brian was very friendly and helpful and wasted no time in getting the work done as well as communicating to me what needed done.I have had several other service visits to the dealership and I felt they could have done a better job. But after this last visit, I felt #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson showed showed a vast improvement in every area. Kudos to them on a job well done. More

Mike Kascak is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and let us test drive the vehicles in a no-pressure way. After subsequently experiencing all the various "characters" at different dealerships (including other KIA locations) we ended up back at #1 Cochran KIA with Mike, who sold us our 2013 Sorento. Good customer service is important part of the process to us and Mike's demeanor was very relatable. Extremely professional, but at the same time I felt like I was buying from a friend.
