From the moment I walk in I was greeted and not put under any pressure.Then when I was ready to deal, Tom and the sales manager put all hands on deck and got me a deal that I had no choice but to take .I had a problem with my trade in and Tom and the sales manager made it there problem and took care of it immediately,and this wasn't a problem they needed to deal with. #1 Cochran Kia in Robinson was the only location when I requrested specific lease information via their website they replied in a timely manner with the actual answer to my question. All other dealerships requrested specific lease information via their website they replied in a timely manner with the actual answer to my question. All other dealerships I contact wouldn't answer my request, but instead would try to get me to call and talk to someone. When I showed up, we met Dan. I showed him a print out of the deal I was offered via email, he got the car, we took a test drive, and there were no issues with making good on the deal I was sent (I fully expected there would be hidden charges somewhere). I went in ready to fight and came out happy as one can be when they realized they signed up for more monthy payments! I will go back. More

Mr. Cole parked a vehicle and was on his way into the Showroom he politely as me has anyone helped you yet? I answered no, he asked is there anything particular you are interested in or something you'd like to see? I am interested in the Sorento's, I replied. Something comparable to the Ford Escape that I have now. With that being said Mr. Cole also showed me the Sportage. I chose the Sorento. He stated we have all wheel and front wheel, was interested in front wheel. He explained everything about the vehicle and ask if I would like to test drive one. Drove it, liked it. So I said to Mr. Cole time to talk $$$$'s . I also inquired about leasing which I have never done before. Mr. Cole did a very good job explaining everything from leasing to buying, discounts and more. Mr. Cole took his time going over everything from A to Z and answer all of our question's. Most importantly he did not approach me like a "Mountain Lion" looking for his dinner. I have purchased many vehicle's in my time this has to the smoothest car purchase ever !!!!! 5 STARS FOR MR.
