VERY DISAPPOINTED (Sorry but this is very long but all necessary) If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately I cannot. PLEASE consider any other dealership before going to #1 Cochran Kia of Robinson. I bought my ‘14 Kia Forte EX in 2014 and had a great experience, my boyfriend was recently looking for a new vehicle, I recommended Cochran Kia to him and he bought a ‘14 Kia Forte LX on October 10th. Between then and Saturday, December 9th he had numerous problems with it, they sold a recently inspected vehicle to us with one working brake light out of three and all four tires were cupped so bad you couldnt even drive it on the highway and hear yourself think. We were called to come pick it up because they were finished with it. We went to pick it up, tires were not fixed nor were the two brake lights. We told 4 different people, 2 in service and 2 in sales and wrote down that the brake lights needed fixed, went to pick it up we asked if brake lights were fixed and the guy says “what brake lights?” Finally they said they would change the tires but couldn’t do it for 3 days because they didn’t have any “real technicians” there on a Saturday, according to their Sales Manager, Tim. After the tires were fixed there was a awful brake noise on the passenger rear tire, we were 3 hours from home and it had to be fixed, when taking the lug-nuts off one snapped right off from being cross-threaded, and the brakes were installed incorrectly. Finally, we noticed a major leak in the back seat after a few weeks of having the vehicle once we went to seat people in the back. We pulled the seat up and there was a puddle under the seat cushion with wires from the fuel system laying in the puddle. We took the car back and showed the Sales Manager, Tim and when he saw the puddle in the back he whispered “xxxx...” and didn’t think I heard him. He said that the car wasn’t drivable and they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the middle of the week. Went to pick the car up 4 days later, they said the leak was fixed and sealed everything up- 3 days later the car was leaking AGAIN. Went back this Saturday, December 9th, Tim wouldn’t come talk to us because he was apparently “too busy” and they sent Mike out to speak with us, we told him all of the problems with the vehicle, he said “let’s get you into something else and I’ll give you a xxxx of a deal on a trade in.” They showed us another Forte, the engine sounded TERRIBLE and it had a dead battery, saying that’s what the engine noise was (wrong)!!! There was nothing else on their lot we liked to trade in for, Mike and Patty said look online at all of our other dealers and “text Patty what you like and we will make a great deal for you.” Finally, we had to go in today Monday, 12/11 and when we walked in Patty was talking with others about lunch and when she saw us she said “oh I didn’t call you yet, did I?” She took me over to a cubicle to tell me the car I paid $11,000 for 2 months ago was now only worth $6,000 and to keep me around the same monthy payment I needed another $3,000 down and that was the best they could do. Took the keys, went to another dealership right up the road and they gave me $9,500 for the car as a trade-in and I am now driving in a reliable vehicle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE AT #1 COCHRAN, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! More

We talked with Mike at 4pm on Monday in reference to a Subaru Outback for sale. He stated that the vehicle was still available, and he was working the night shift and would call me if it sold. My wife and I took off work and drove 7 hours one way the next day. We called at 9am just to make sure the vehicle was still available. "Yes," was the answer. We arrived two hours later only to be told it sold the previous day. What a waste of time and money to deal with these idiots. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! More

update 4/26/17: windshield ok now. Mr. Persichini both emailed and called me on Monday (4/24/17) to schedule for me to have the windshield looked at again. On 4/26/17 a Safelight techn Mr. Persichini both emailed and called me on Monday (4/24/17) to schedule for me to have the windshield looked at again. On 4/26/17 a Safelight technician came to our home. Upon inspection the technician noted our concerns, and the matter was resolved to our satisfaction. More
