My starter was failing and I barely got car started in the am. I called to ask if I could get appt to squeeze me in as I had to get fixed that day to get to Cleveland next day to help my son move. My husband, Mike, was driving me crazy. He has been looking for a new car for several months and couldn't make up his mind as to what he wanted. His last 4 vehicles were all Jeep Grand Cherokees and I looking for a new car for several months and couldn't make up his mind as to what he wanted. His last 4 vehicles were all Jeep Grand Cherokees and I never thought he would look at another vehicle until he met with Wayne at #1 Cochran of South Hills. Wayne took his time with Mike, never putting any pressure on him. When Mike told me he found the vehicle he wanted, I just said really, because I didn't believe him. I went to look at the 2013 Santa Fe and fell in love with it too. I'm not a gadget girl, but Wayne took so much time with me to make sure I understood all of the gadgets, so far so good. After finalizing the deal with Wayne, we met with Ian to go over finance options, again, a great guy who gave us all the time we needed with him. This is the first time we dealt with a #1 Cochran dealer and hope to be back in the future. We'll definitely be referring others to this dealership. What a great end to a not so good year for us.
