I had already decided we should get a Sonata, but considering it was to be my wife's new car -- I had to get past her usual apprehensions when making ANY kind of major purchase. My wife and I stopped in to look over the options the dealership offered and were greeted by Bob and given a little help but not pushed too much. He then returned and asked a few questions, offered some advice and was able to help my wife with the concerns she had - and got her into a Sonata for a test drive that day when she had initially only agreed to stop in to get some sales material. He was able to talk my wife through all of her questions and concerns and two days later we had a new Sonata! It was a pleasure to deal with Bob and would do so again. More

My starter was failing and I barely got car started in the am. I called to ask if I could get appt to squeeze me in as I had to get fixed that day to get to Cleveland next day to help my son move.
