I brought my car to the dealership for the first Auto Butler service we purchased when we purchased the car last April. This is the first time we have been able to leave the car for this service because Butler service we purchased when we purchased the car last April. This is the first time we have been able to leave the car for this service because I have found the Auto Butler service hourse to be extremely inconvenient--no Saturday or evening appointments and even day appointments are hard to get. When I picked my car up, there was a layer of black soot on the car leaving me to question whether the service had even been done. The car was also there for inspection, so when I contacted Nikko, he informed me that the Auto Butler service had been done first and then the car was brought into the garage for the insepection, hence the dirt on the car. In addition, when we purchased the Auto Butler service we were clearly told that part of the service would include an interior vacuum. The car was not vacummed at all. When I asked Nikko about this, he told me that this service was only provided "if time permits." This is not how the product was sold to us, so I feel like we were cheated. I would really appreciate a call about this from somebody at the dealership. I left a message for "Heather" at the Monroeville store when I picked the car up two days ago--the operator was not able to connect me with a live person, so I got two different people's voice mail--but she has not called me back. The only other experience that I've had with Cochran is with your Robinson store for an oil change, which was fine, but overall I would have to say that I am disappointed. As a scoutmaster I was pleased to find that the Sales Team at #1 Cochran Hyundai on West Liberty exemplified as much of the Scout Law as I could experience while purchasing a car. With many questions about cargo space and seating room in a number of vehicles, Rebecca Cartney had instant and accurate responses. My questions were cheerfully and knowledgeably answered. She even set appointments for me in showrooms so the teams there were expecting me. Her friendly demeanor was the beginning of dealings with many similar folks at #1 Cochran. #1 Cochran Hyundai's Sales Manager Tom Glumac greeted me, listened to my concerns about which vehicle was right and introduced me to a salesman. He sets the tone for the dealership with his relaxed, personable and expedient manner. Brett Lewis, pleasant and efficient, found the perfect vehicle for me and at the end of my purchase introduced me to my 2013 Santa Fe seven seater with aplomb. There are many features of the new Santa Fe that I wanted more information about and Brett had every answer. Matt Ross, in Finance was able to quickly manage our paperwork despite challenges; this is my third concurrent lease. He knew which supplementary products would suit our needs and explained them clearly so I could decide which had the most bang for my buck. My wife and two of my children are driving safe, fuel efficient vehicles while I have the peace of mind only an awesome service team can provide. I have experience with our 2013 Elantra GT and can say that Cheyne Brooks has been and will be available to answer questions and schedule appointments at my convenience. Our experience at #1 Cochran Hyundai was much faster than I expected; a pleasant surprise. Buy your car from #1 Cochran. Be pleasantly surprised at how nice an afternoon can be while buying a car. After shopping for a Elantra for about 4 weeks we decided to check out Cochran Hyundai of South Hills. Wayne Preusser made us feel welcome and was very professional in making sure he understood our vehicle to check out Cochran Hyundai of South Hills. We were happy to find the car we wanted with the options and color combination we desired. Wayne also was conscience of our time constraint and that we needed to get our vehicle "out-the-door" even though we arrived within an hour of closing time. Wayne stayed with us until we got through the finance and paperwork and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and our overall car-buying experience. Wayne seems to be a very naturally warm individual and this made us feel comfortable working with him. His presentation of the Hyundai warranty/coverages made my wife and I feel and understand the extra value of buying a Hyundai from #1 Cochran. We have had an excellent experience dealing with Cochran so far and I would recommend Wayne Pruesser this dealership and its personnel to friends, family and colleagues. I contacted the dealership on Wednesday for a burned out headlight. I scheduled my appointment for 9:00 on Thursday and asked to have the shuttle service. However when I got there and asked how long it would take Nikko thought they could have me in and out and he was correct. They checked the remainder of the vehicle and found that I also had a light out near the license plate so they fixed that as well. I was very pleased with this visit. Thank you. More
