Brett did a great job relaying all of the information about the vehicle I was looking at without making me sweat even I little. I didn't feel coerced, pressured, or manipulated...some of the stereotypical feelings people talk about when buying a vehicle. I felt well informed and because of that I was able to make the best decision. Brett and his team communicated clearly regarding the features and the price. I truly feel I got the best value and best experience and am grateful I drove the hour and half to this dealership. In fact, my best friend will be heading out with me to check out Cochran's Ford selection based on my recommendations knowing full well her experience will be far better than her last one. More

I purchased my Hyundai at Wright Hyundai only because I thought that Cochran closed their Hyundai dealership (changed the dealership that I bought my last Hyundai to a Nissan dealership), once I found out thought that Cochran closed their Hyundai dealership (changed the dealership that I bought my last Hyundai to a Nissan dealership), once I found out that Cochran had actually moved I started taking my vehicle there. The communications are great and service men do a great job communicating. I have but one small complaint, I brought my vehicle in for warranty work on my sun roof. Although it appears that the work was done correctly and in a timely manner once I started driving home from the dealership I opened my sun roof and noticed that it was dirty and full of finger prints. Doing a great repair job and then not taking 1 minute to clean the sun roof ruins the whole experience. More
