I worked in sales for 13 yrs so I have an appreciation for good customer service/care and that exactly what I received, Ron provided that. He was personable, professional yet not pushy. He explained and showed the various features of the vehicles that was being considered and listened to what I liked or was looking for ie color etc. He made it a pleasant experience not a long drawn out process, even my sister who was with me said he was very nice. Ron followed-up and followed through on the smallest of details from syncing my phone to straightening out my plate.....I would recommend Cochran Hyundai of South Hills as the place to go and Ron Harris the person to see. Everyone else I had contact with, including Matt Ross and Ian Renter were also very friendly and helpful. The entire process was efficient and pleasant. Online scheduling is a big plus. A reminder is sent via e-mail, which is a nice touch. Mr. DeCenzo was very pleasant during the check-in process. I wouldn't have expected that to be helpful, but in the long run of the sales process it was. When I asked him to tell me a little bit about the Elantra, he opened the doors of the showroom model and reviewed many features, then opened the hood and then the trunk. He explained the equipment and various operations under the hood. This guy knows cars so well he can translate for the layperson, which is incredibly helpful. As a woman, I felt very respected. Having done test drives in the previous 8 weeks at (non-Cochran dealerships) Mazda, Honda, Subaru, Toyota, and Ford, I was not treated as though I had much knowlege. Thank you for the respect that you showed to me, Wayne! Additionally, Wayne showed a great deal of patience and was not hard-sell, which ultimately led to the sale. I arrived at your dealership around 1:45 on Friday afternoon; spent time there until 3:30 and then came back at 6 with my mother who is one tough cookie. Wayne never missed a beat. The car that I wasn't sure I wanted due to the fact that it had a black instead of beige interior, became the car that I bought. And happily so, I might add, thanks to Wayne cooperating on four different test drives of the Elantra models. He even went so far as to show me leather samples that might be used if I decided to have an outside replace the black leather wih beige. He also went so far as to introduce me to a service tech to verify whether or not 16 inch snow tires might be a possibility on the model I was interested in. The morning after I purchased the car, Wayne left a message on my home phone asking if I had any questions and left a cell phone number in the event that I did. Wayne doesn't know it, but he is singlehandedly giving car sales people a better reputation. That is a really big deal, in my opinion. Thank you for a pleasantly surprising experience. More

This was my first car-buying experience. I came to Hyundai because of the incentives I found online. I had looked at other cars and dealerships and was still weighing my options. It only took 30 minutes and a test drive with Bob to convince me that I wanted to not only by a Hyundai, but one from this dealership. Bob and every member of the team I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I was overwhelmed at the situation of buying my first car and Bob put me at ease, answering every question and encouraging me to take as much time as I needed to make the right decision for me, regardless of where I ultimately decided to go.
