I had to make 2 visits to get everything completed due to parts needing to be ordered, but I worked with Cheyne Brooks who made the process as easy and convenient as possible for me. The service was done very fast and all of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and effectively. I give high marks to Cheyne for his friendly demeanor, customer service skills and attention to detail where customer convenience is concerned. I also give high marks to the technician(s) who did the work as it was completed even faster than could be expected. Overall, my experience at Cochran Hyundai Service Center was a very good one and I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there again in the future. More

Just so happened that this car was the exact package we wanted and we liked the color. They asked if they could give us a price, we said ok, even though the dealership wasn't close to our home. We went out to the lot to look at a similar car and he explained all the amenities and options I had available with the car. I mentioned that I was also looking at the Honda Civic and instead of pressuring me to buy the car on the spot he encouraged me to do my homework on both cars and come back if I decided to purchase the Elantra Coupe. I made an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 and when w I had a bad experience at another dealership that I went to. My sons said to go to #1 Cochran. I made an appointment for Saturday at 9:00 and when we walked in, there was a board with "Welcome Gail Pfeifer" on it. That made us feel special. Bob was great. He took time with us and showed me the car that I was interested in and I took a test ride. Ian, the financial person was also terrific. He made every effort to get me a good deal. I love the car.
