Horrible Service Department Worst service department I've ever dealt with, I've owned 5 Hyundai vehicles, first time servicing mine at Cochran. Had it towed in with electrical issues not allowing it to start or turn off my electrical components. After allowing it to sit from Friday until Monday with these issues they told me my battery was dead and had to purchase a battery from them in order to diagnosis the electrical issue. Had they looked at it when I brought in maybe the battery, which was only two years old, would not have died sitting all weekend. Terrible rude service staff, never again will I bring my car here. They would not even complete my recall service without me purchasing a battery from them. No one should ever trust their car to them! More
