I got the unexpected news that my car which was towed into the service department would need extensive repairs. I was given a thorough explanation of the work needed and also given an estimate. John was my salesman and immediately showed me two Accords which were in my price range and which fulfilled my expectations for a reliable and attractive vehicle.I appreciated the no pressure atmosphere and the caring concern exhibited by all the employees. I was offered a test drive, I was given a ride to and from my home by Mike, and the process of seeing if I qualified for low percentage financing was quick and painless.Once I made the decision to purchase a vehicle Randy was quite friendly and efficient in processing the paperwork. The next day I visited the dealership to clean out my old vehicle and John was extremely helpful in aiding that process.
