Trying to upsell extended warranties and rust protection is always a little annoying but part of the process, i suppose. One small thing to note my temp. tag had a 90 day experation on it, versus a 30 day experation. I'm hoping it won't be an issue should i get pulled over. Also, the technician took the time to look over the car and found that the air and cabin filter was dirty and I was made aware of this fact. I am currently looking into purchasing a second vehicle and I found a 2001 Accord on the Thomas home page. I first contacted Samantha on the internet sales team and I ended up working with Joe Units upon my arrival on Saturday, February 26. Joe along with the sales manager was very friendly and made a fair offer for my trade along with the deal on the used Accord. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

My wife and I were set on purchasing a lightly used Buick Enclave. During my internet search I found an Enclave located at Thomas Honda of Johnstown. I was a bit apprehensive in dealing with a Honda dealership 2 hours away while trying to purchase a Buick, but the sales staff quickly put my mind at ease. I spent a few days emailing and speaking with Thomas’ internet sales manager, Samantha Orlando. She was outstanding! Super quick email responses and always able to answer my questions. She ensured us that it would not be a waste of my time to travel from Pittsburgh to Johnstown to look at the vehicle. When my wife and I arrived, Samantha introduced us to John Magyar, our sales consultant. John was very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and great to work with. Following a test drive of the Enclave they took my trade-in for a drive. While we waited they offer my pregnant wife to join their staff in a lunch they provided to celebrate the Super Bowl scheduled for the following day. We received a great trade-in price and were able to agree on a final price for the Enclave with very little back and forth. From the internet department, to the sales team, to the financing office… the Thomas Honda team provides a stress-free, hassle-free, car buying experience! We could not have been happier! More

Rich also gave us the name of a good insurance carrier he has dealt with in the past. Rich is looking out for an old CRV trade-in for our daughter. Brad Cobaugh was extremely patient explaining all of our financing and warranty options. He even looked up our Odyssey information so we could compare that warranty with the one we were considering for the CRV. Bill Ingram came over to greet us and thank us for our return business.
