BUYER BEWARE I bought a used car from Thomas Honda and BUYER BEWARE I bought a used car from Thomas Honda and it was by far the worst car purchasing experience that I have ever had. The transaction, and BUYER BEWARE I bought a used car from Thomas Honda and it was by far the worst car purchasing experience that I have ever had. The transaction, and dealings afterward, were the epitome of a "used car dealer". I would make the following suggestions: 1. Simply put, check everything out on a used car and do not take for face value that it is represented that the dealership has done a "multi-point" inspection. If something is missed, and is not included in the 30 day/1000 mile warranty, it was my experience that Thomas Honda will not cover it. They are not obligated to do so, and will have no apparent desire to fix something that they should have fixed in the first place. As in my case, things as simple as tires that they say pass inspection because of tread depth and simply are noisy because of "aggressive tread" but upon inspection by a tire shop have been driven while out of alignment and are in need of replacement, or a bank of lights that illuminate all the climate control that you would presume are checked as part of a "multi-point inspection", are not going to be fixed by Thomas Honda unless you fork over the cash. Yes, it is a used car but I presumed that a dealership that prides itself on professionalism and the Honda name would be above reproach and not need to be subject to the same scrutiny you would have to give some fly-by-night outfit. I was wrong, learn from my mistake. 2. Communication-frankly, this was awful and should have been the first tip off that things with the dealership were sketchy. Emails unanswered for days, voicemail "screenings" of in-coming calls, asking if someone is in and being sent directly to voicemail without an answer-these should have clued me in how things are run here. Again, learn from my mistakes. Get it checked out if you do buy a used car here, but my better advice is to avoid this place if you can. The Honda product is outstanding, but the customer service and any goodwill are lacking from this dealership. There are better places to buy a used car. More

We recently purchased a used Honda Oddyssey from this dealership and we had a fantastic experience. As this was our first experience purchasing a vehicle, my wife and I were both apprehensive. We worked with Randy and he was great. He very quickly calmed any of our apprehension by not being pushy or over the top. We even had our one year old daughter in with us and Randy had some toys he allowed her to play with to occupy herself. Not only did we have a great experience, but he also gave us a great deal for our trade, much more than we had found at other locations. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommended. More

This dealership had a promotion ($14.95) for oil change & filter. Although we own a 2011 Honda Civic, they honored the special for our 2006 Toyota Corolla. The sales and finance process went as smooth as anyone could ask for. I showed up at the dealership on a work night at 6pm. I decided I wanted the vehicle and told Joe that I understand its almost closing time and I would pick the vehicle up tomorrow. He asked if I would like I could take car home tonight? I was sceptical because it was now aroung 7pm and the dealership was to close in a hour. He took my info and my and I went to dinner. Joe told me he would call me when all the paperwork was done. I figure the call would be to say it was a little to late and you could pick the car the next day. I did recieve that call about 15 til closing and took my car home that night.
