This dealership is outstanding! I was permitted to look over the vehicle in the lot without a saleperson bothering me. The first salesperson I spoke to was Joe Units, who I dealt with in the past, when I purchased a Honda van a few years ago. Joe was very friendly and took me for a test drive. When we both heard a noise from underneath the vehicle, he was quick to inform the service department. Since I was on lunch break, I didn't have alot of time to spend at the dealership. So, Joe called me later that day and gave me an update on the vehicle, which was good. He also provided me with the KBB value on my vehicle, which was a value, I had also previously researched. I had told him, that Honda of South Hills, Pittsburgh, PA offered me $3,500.00 for my truck on a trade for a used Nissan Frontier. Later that evening, I returned with my truck, so the dealership could make a thorough inspection and provide me with an offer. To my surprise, Joe returned with an offer for my truck of $7,500.00, a value which was clearly higher than KBB (fair condition)and the Honda dealership in Pittsburgh. I was very happy with their offer and accepted the deal! The rest of the sales process was also very easy. All of Thomas Team Honda employees were very friendly. Kelly Thomas walked me through all the financial paperwork and made that process easy as well. She stated, that Thomas Honda was great place to work! I see why, they all seemed to get along and it was a pleasant experience. The vehicle I purchased was a 2005 Toyota 4Runner with 70,000 miles with all the extras and a great price! I didn't feel taken and was comfortable with the deal. I even purchased the extended warranty, which is not something I do very often. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

I purchased a used 02 Honda Accord in October and started having trouble with the transmission almost immediately. I travled all the way from Dubois to purchase this car, so I had to drive the car all the wa having trouble with the transmission almost immediately. They replaced one transmission line and said the problem was fixed. A couple months later the problem is back and worse then ever. I took it to the Honda dealership here in Dubois and come to find out the whole transmission is bad and will need replaced. All the service department did was put a band aid on a major problem just to get rid of me long enough for the dealership warranty to expire. I didn't purchase an extended warranty because it was almost half the price of the entire car itself. Less than a year later and I've only put 8000 miles on the car and I either have to replace the transmission or scrap the entire car. Thomas Honda's definition of a Quality used car is certainly a lot different than mine. I am thoroughly disappointed by my experience and will have no problem never purchasing another car of any type from the Thomas Automotive family. More

Many dealers are making money by saying "less inventory from Japan crisis" - cheating the customers. Thomas Honda never made me hurry to make my deal. Once we finalized the color and trim, rest of the service was at my door steps. Advance payment, paper work and final vehicle delivery everything was done at my home. It just took three days to complete all my transaction. I dealt with many other dealers around Greensburg, but I would give five star rating for Thomas Honda and their internet sales executive. More
