We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and started the process to see if I could get qualified for financing before I even made the trip to come look at the vehicle. Being able to securely and comfortably submit my information for financing in advance made the prospect of purchasing less stressful. The dealer helped me obtain financing and I went to the lot to test drive the two Honda Odyssey's I was interested in. At this point it was just a matter of deciding which one I was interested in buying. The vehicle I purchased was already checked out thoroughly by the dealer service department, so I was confident that it was a good vehicle. At this point I told them I wanted to buy it and we scheduled an appointment for me to come back to do the paperwork after my final financing paperwork was completed. The finance manager explained all of the paperwork ensuring I understood everything we were filling out. The process was very relaxed and enjoyable since all of the staff that I worked with were so friendly. I love the vehicle we purchased and so does my family. We set out to purchase a GMC Acadia the morning of February 19th. After 7 dealerships, most of which were closed by 2 pm, we decided to drive through the Thomas Honda lot. Not even 50 feet onto the February 19th. After 7 dealerships, most of which were closed by 2 pm, we decided to drive through the Thomas Honda lot. Not even 50 feet onto the lot we saw a 2009 GMC Acadia that had EVERYTHING we were looking for at the price we could afford! And because Thomas was providing excellent customer service, they were still open at 3:00 pm!! I walked in, was greeted by Sean, given the keys, took it for a test drive, and when I came back to the dealership, I started the process to buy it! Tim was unable to secure financing late in the day on Saturday, so we went back to Pittsburgh and then Monday got a call from him that we were approved. He made all the arrangements to deliver the vehicle from Johnstown to Pittsburgh, and have all the papers ready to go. They drove the new car down to our house and picked up our trade. Even when I had questions about the vehicle, Sean and Tim were happy to discuss my questions over the phone or in person the following Saturday.
