As far as dealing with "car salesmen" , this was not a day long, terrible experience. Our one prerequisite was to get Kelly Blue book value for our trade in. My son needed a new car quickly since getting a new job in Pittsburgh. I knew he needed something reliable. It was up to me and his girlfriend to find him something that would suit his needs(be a standar in Pittsburgh. I knew he needed something reliable. The car itself was in great shape but had not been given the checkup as all pre -owned cars get from Thomas. The team got into action and approved the car cleaned her up and we were on our way the next day. My son drove the car a few days only to find the check engine light came on. We thought nothing of if but called. They told us to bring it in right away. We did ,and after a few times doing this back and forth, they did find out the problem. They repaired it with no questions asked. They were even so kind as to lend my son a loaner car to take back and forth to work.
