She worked with me to get the car I liked to a very reasonable price even though their vehicles are already well-priced (not inflated just to make you feel like you "save" in the end). She took the initiative and sent me all the paperwork (history, warranty) and numbers for purchase, fees, etc. After dealing with car salespeople from OTHER organizations, the Thomas Team felt like a cool breeze in the Sahara. No talking down to you, no making "facts" up, no arguing or pushing. Just awesome, awesome, awesome--what every dealership should be! More
