Overcoming Skepticism We were skeptical about making a vehicle purchase on-line. But since they were the only ones that had the color I wanted, the fact it was a one owner We were skeptical about making a vehicle purchase on-line. But since they were the only ones that had the color I wanted, the fact it was a one owner and had relatively low miles. So, I moved forward. I appreciated the courteous interaction with their sales team. The positive comments here helped too. The only draw back, if you could call it that, was I had to sell my car first, which we did rather quickly. But the bean counters were pressing to complete this purchase so it could be included in their July sales numbers. I did feel pressured, and felt more like a "number", but it all worked out. They even drove the van to our house to complete the sale, some 166 miles from their dealership. Then when I discovered some items that needed repaired, they drove to our house to pick up the van and leave a loaner van to use while mine got those fixes repaired, then drove my van back here and took the loaner back. Now THAT'S exemplary service after the sale! Even my husband was impressed, and that's no easy feat. I have already shared this awesome service to others. They said Thomas needs to open a dealership here in our area! KUDOS to Sean and his team! More
