Like New SUV Purchased Older vehicles come with a lifetime warranty, like new vehicles do not? Do not fully stand behind a sale, Major Cosmetic Issue found and notified them Older vehicles come with a lifetime warranty, like new vehicles do not? Do not fully stand behind a sale, Major Cosmetic Issue found and notified them within a day of purchase and make excuses to not completely resolve the issue. Was told they didn't notice it prior to the sale, and with it being Honda Certified there's no way they could have over looked it? So it must have been my fault somehow I guess? Yet when I take it back there I have to point out the issue Everytime as if they don't see it. So if they can't see it now, how is it not possible it was over looked initially? Have taken back multiple times to still not resolve the issue. I know this is a used like new vehicle, and will not be perfect but for $24,000 I would think this should not have a major cosmetic flaw, Thomas Team Honda states their Goal is 100% customer satisfaction? Not quite. Could have bought a brand new car elsewhere with better warranty and comparable price with better customer service. No employee acknowledges you or greets you while your waiting for your car to be done from the service department, guess that's because they know your not there to buy another car at the moment. Live and Learn, Will never buy from this dealer again! More
