Service was excellent took me in before they opened without an appointment. Turn around for repairs was fast. Sent me a video about what was wrong and the cause of the problem. Completed the work on a Saturday and contacted me as soon as it was done. Now the bad which is on Ford and not the dealership. This Transit 150 AWD only had 45k miles and is a 2023. A gasket failed under the windshield which caused water to get into cylinder #5. It ruined the coil and the spark plug. The repair was pricey. This gasket failed after only a year of the truck being in service and NONE of it was covered by Ford because it had over 36K miles on it. This was a company truck so I personally didn't have to pay the bill. If it were mine and I had to pay the bill I would have been VERY upset that none of this was covered. More
