It's crooked! !!!! I was told my part was covered and given a price for labor then later was told my part wouldn't be covered unless my mechanic handed over his ori !!!! I was told my part was covered and given a price for labor then later was told my part wouldn't be covered unless my mechanic handed over his original paper work for the part. Talk about a fast back track from what I was told by Camron Beattie service advisor at #1 Cochran Ford in natrona Heights PA. The place is a big joke More
When service has your vehicle completed and they leave a message with a total, but the total is $700 higher when you show up to retrieve it and pay the bill, there is definitely a major problem. At this poi message with a total, but the total is $700 higher when you show up to retrieve it and pay the bill, there is definitely a major problem. At this point I will not be going back to Cochran. The service personnel are very pleasant, however this doesn’t make it okay to add another $700 to the bill. I can’t even recall the excuse. I think it was, your warranty company didn’t cover the diagnosis. But you already stated that when you told me the final bill is $2800. To show up and actually be told the total is 3500 is a major major problem. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. needless to say, it will never happen again. And, yea I have a warranty. Warranty paid 2200 I was on the hook for 2800 as i was told…only to show up and be told ohh sorry, it’s 3500. Wow, just wow! More
Outstanding service. Friendly and love the videos of the truck. Got everything done quickly and got a clean truck when they were finished. Friendly and love the videos of the truck. Got everything done quickly and got a clean truck when they were finished. More
I like your service. I was taken back by the fact you charge the customer $3.47 for the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat. I don’t know how many other dealerships I was taken back by the fact you charge the customer $3.47 for the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat. I don’t know how many other dealerships charge customers this way. Maybe it’s standard but I believe the dealership should take the high road and simply use the seat cover and floor mat and not charge the customer. More
