Got a call back from someone trying to guilt trip me into revising the survey, saying that they pay their employees partially based on the survey results. Not sure what i have to do with your unfair system, so I refused to revise it and they told me to go find another shop. Will be reporting this incident to the state. More

I don't care to rate the whole dealership, only the Service Dept. Their new service center employee Lindsey is great. She was diligent trying to contact me when my phone wasn't getting calls so we coul Service Dept. Their new service center employee Lindsey is great. She was diligent trying to contact me when my phone wasn't getting calls so we could move forward with the needed repair. She explained the issue clearly and we were able to have the repair started and got my car back the next day. I appreciate that Cochran sends a video from the technician. They did a great job on the repair. When I picked up my car, Lindsey was the only service employee who acknowledged me when I walked in the door. I think Cochran needs to lower their counter and move the obstructions. Every other time I've had service there, it's off-putting to stand there and wait to get noticed by them. I mention this because this was the first time an employee actively noticed and greeted me right away. Lindsey is the type of employee that represents Cochran in a professional, yet approachable and friendly manner. More employees like her might encourage me to purchase my next vehicle from Cochran if I could get that same type of customer service. Keep up the great work Lindsey! More
