We bought an expedition last year from another dealer however it has been to the one in natrona heights for MULTIPLE issues! Everytime it’s there it takes a few visits to get the problem fixed. Extremely however it has been to the one in natrona heights for MULTIPLE issues! Everytime it’s there it takes a few visits to get the problem fixed. Extremely frustrating!! The people there are nice but my goodness… cam shaft last year took a few times before it was fixed bc it wouldn’t make the noice while it was there, even though I had it on video :/. Then the back up camera went not long after and again, kept telling me it was fine until finally someone caught it and they replaced it. Now we are on the transmission… had it there last week for a clunking when it shifts, I had to pay a deductible that I don’t agree with… there are only 67000 miles on this and there shouldn’t be transmission issues!!! they did some repair to the transmission and we are now on our way out of town for the weekend and it’s still doing the clunking… almost seems to be worse! I’ll have to call tomorrow bc they are closed. But here we go again… nothing gets fixed the 1st time and we are leaving for vacation in a week! More
