Rarely have we gone home with a new vehicle with the feeling that we were treated fairly and had made a good deal. This experience at Day Ford was truely a pleasure. The salesman, Sean Sperber, was very informative, knowledgealble about the products, and polite. He sold us a car the same day we went to the dealership,even though we had no intension of making a purchase until we had shopped around and test drove other brands. I would recommend him to friends and relatives. We had to return to the dealership to be "shooled " on the sync programs on the Tauras we bought. A gentleman named Newton Da Silva took a lot of time to expain the systems and make sure all the programs worked and were downloaded properly. he went through everthing with us , making sure we understood the entire process. He trained our phones into the program and checked the proper operation af all. He was very thorough and polite. Upon leaving, my wife said this was the best car buying experience she has had. The service department did some things to the car that I had pointed out to Sean, that i felt needed attention when looking at the car. My husband and I stopped by pretty much at closing on a Saturday, and Jimmy took the time to show us the vehicle, and even offered to let us take a test drive. I wasn't in love with any of the Explorers that were there, but I really liked Jimmy's personality, and he said he could order us anything in. We even have a Ford dealership 2 miles away from home - but we decided to go back and see him on Monday..and it just so happened an Explorer was delivered to the lot that day - and I loved it - and Jimmy helped us walk out Monday night with our brand new Ford Explorer!!
