We had to postpone a few meeting with Dave and he was very understanding(we were in the process of buying a new house). He showed us everything we wanted to see and is very knowledgeable of the Ford pro very understanding(we were in the process of buying a new house). We felt no pressure at any time of the buying process, it was a very friendly, calm and relaxed atmosphere. It was also a quick and painless process. Jason in the finance department was a great guy to work with as well. From the time we submitted our credit applications up until the last signature was the shortest and easiest time we have ever spent in a financial office at a car dealer, and we also feel that we know everything we need to know about the loan, never has been explained to us so well. Newton did a awesome job with familiarizing me with the features of my new car! He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We had to leave before Newton was done explaining everything about the car, but he offered for me to come back in and he will show me all the functions. I will be back in to learn a little bit more at a later date. You guys have a great staff at Day Ford, everyone was so professional and nice. Especially Dave, Jason and Newton! Those guys were GREAT! There is no doubt we will be back the next time we need a new car!! Thanks Dave!!!!!! More
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mike and Bob were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and did everything possible to meet our needs. I was looking for a car at your dealership, found the one I wanted and within an hour was done and driving home in my new car. Robert and Newton Da Silva helped me set up car. My experience at Day Ford was excellent. I could not say enough of great things about George and Eddie. Eddie is a friendly person who doesn’t put on that fake smile and pressure you into something. He was actually very patience with me because I needed to make sure I got the vehicle that suited my family best. I did notice a couple of things that needed to be addressed after taking my car home and called Eddie about it immediately. On Monday morning I took the car back to Day and Eddie handled all my concerns and made arrangements for me to get to work and back to the dealership that evening. He even went as far as helping me with all the new gadgets that are in the newer cars today. I hope that this will help with your decision when deciding on a dealership as I would recommend them to anyone. More

He took the time to show the truck to my wife and daughter on seperate visits and again very informative and respectful. Sean took time to explain features and options. He demonstrated the ability to multi-task and expedite while processing my deal - which is rare. All the folks I dealt with were great, But Sean made the the experience positive - I will recommend Day Ford because of my sales experience - I trust when service is required, the positive experience will transcend to the service shop. I purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership. They allowed me to drive it off of the lot with a damaged suspension without having disclosed this information. Upon discovering the damage and returning allowed me to drive it off of the lot with a damaged suspension without having disclosed this information. Upon discovering the damage and returning to the dealership for repairs I was told that the damage was to a 'wearable' part and it would not be covered by the extended warranty. After a significant amount of arguing with both the service department and the finance manager they finally agreed to cover the cost. A little more than two months later the car began to fail when attempting to start. Again I returned to the dealership and was informed that a remote starter in the vehicle had gone bad causing the issue. A remote started was not an option I requested to be installed and was not a condition of the sale of the vehicle; in fact I was unaware of its existence and was not even provided the control for it. The dealership maintained that they were unaware of the remote starter as well claiming it was missed during the meticulous inspection the vehicle underwent upon being traded to the dealership. As was the case with the suspension, I was expected to cover the cost of the removal of this device. I argued the point that I should not be responsible for equipment I did not request in the vehicle and the dealership backed down and agreed to perform the service at no charge. The following day I was told additional issues were found in the ignition system that could only be corrected at a Ford dealership and would cost me nearly $600 since it was not covered by the warranty. At the time of writing this review it appears that I will be forced to investigate potential legal options to hopefully prevent being strong armed into paying for repairs that are not my fault or responsibility. More
Mike Benetti at Day Ford was great. Mac, my husband to be, looked at a Ford Focus and didn't like it; then we looked at a Ford Fiesta and loved it. It was fun to drive and handled really well. Plus you can't beat the color (blue candy), safety rating, and gas mileage. What I liked about Day and Mike Benetti was that they were really friendly, customer focused, and really ready to deal. Eddie at Day in Monroeville is also wonderful, and he helped close the deal. Mac and I were both super pleased with the lease we got on our new 2013 Ford Fiesta. We honestly never thought we would drive an American car, but this changed our mind. I love my new car, and the service was amazing. I will be back to buy my next car from Day in two years. Thanks!!! My name is Mike Dixon I have nothing to hide. bought a f 150 and was a victim of bait and switch was overcharged @ 450.00. the truck was infested w/ bugs 3 hours after I picked it up they said their my bugs 150 and was a victim of bait and switch was overcharged @ 450.00. the truck was infested w/ bugs 3 hours after I picked it up they said their my bugs now. horrible people. All dealers are a lil dishonest but this one takes it to a new level. More
We have been shopping for a used truck for the last week and talked to a number of dealers. Ken was the salesperson we worked with at Day Ford. He was very nice and one of the better salespeople we've encountered. However, when it came time to discuss trade-in value and pricing, the manager Peter Flaherty got involved. He is one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with. While putting together a price package, he made a $2000 math error, which he refused to acknowledge. When we pointed it out to him, he got very defensive and told us that we needed to do our research on our trade-in value and that he would work with us after we did more work on our part. We will not be returning to Day Ford. More

He was friendly and honest and between him and Eddie we feel like we got a great deal. There wasn't any kind of high pressure sales, just great people who were honestly enthusiastic about what they were selling. The entire team really went out of their way to help us with everything. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and we will definitely go back to Day Ford for any of our future needs and a big thank you to Nick and Eddie for answering all our questions and treating us with respect and kindness. More
